That said, we agree that proper instruction, mask fitting, and attentive in-water guidance are essential to a safe and enjoyable snorkeling experience. We personally fit each guest with gear, with emphasis on the mask, before entering the water and stay focused on comfort, technique, and safety throughout the tour. Why is it that all my other 5 star reviews seem to be able to follow directions and show up, on time as well as cooperate fully? That's because they read and you don't. You gave Expedia your credit card and they do NOT refund people that are No shows. Thank you so much for ruining my day as I could have booked someone else in your time slot at 1 pm.
