Did this ramen kitchen experience with my friends- a great way to meet a real ramen chef and eat DELICIOUS RAMEN (and gyoza) in a legit ramen kitchen. would recommend!
This was a truly unique experience. We got to be inside a real ramen kitchen and put together our own 2 delicious bowls, and they even made us some gyoza too! Not only did our group have the whole shop to ourselves, but we got to ask the owner whatever questions we wanted. Our guide helped translate, but the owner’s English was also great! 10/10 experience
The ramen shop is closed and you get exclusive access to the kitchen. Not only did we get to cook ramen after eating we got to ask the Ramen Master questions and also check out how he makes his soup. Great experience and insight into how a ramen shop runs. This experience is truly a ramen lovers delight. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Interested in learning more about ramen in an authentic ramen shop?? Definitely try this experience!! The shop is closed for the tour and you get to make 2 highly different types of ramen with Mr. Sakamoto (a 3rd generation ramen chef!!). I was a bit worried I would mess up but both our guide and Mr. Sakamoto were there to help the entire time. It was also great that we could ask questions while enjoying ramen and freshly made gyoza as an extra treat. Highly recommend!
Really interesting experience. The ramen chef was super friendly and he provided lots of insight into what goes into making ramen in japan. Definitely recommended!
The chef was incredibly kind and helpful, and helped us gain an understanding of the role of ramen in Japanese cuisine. He answered all of our questions about his recipes and their history. And the food was absolutely delicious!
Our recent family tour with Frank was nothing short of amazing! Having the opportunity to access a ramen kitchen, cook alongside an authentic ramen chef, all the while being provided with interesting information about the history and types of ramen was an experience we will never forget! Frank was also kind enough to take photos of the experience for us and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. A genuinely lovely guy with a tour concept that stands out! My kids are still talking about the afternoon we spent cooking (and eating) delicious ramen. We hope to be back again someday for another tour with Frank. Thanks for providing us with a holiday highlight that will stay in our memory banks for many years to come, Frank!
Would recommend booking a tour here! I did both the Ramen Tasting Tour and Ramen Kitchen Experience with Frank, who knows everything about ramen. You get a fun behind the scenes experience in the ramen kitchen experience tour. Amazing ramen in both tours too.
Me and my son participated and there was a spanish couple there as we. The venue was a real ramen restaurant and the chef was friendly and helpful. The guide knew alot about ramen, Tokyo and travelling in general so the overall experience was great, and tasty!
Excellent ramen and a fun experience. Would be good to go through the supermarket first and. See what they use
