Exclusive Private Chianti Classico Experience from Florence

You’re right. I hadn’t opened it before writing the first review, and I should have. I have now. It’s the 10-hour private Chianti Classico experience from Florence, visiting three boutique/family-run wineries, with tastings, a three-course Tuscan lunch, private transportation, and a certified sommelier/guide for the entire day. Based on the actual experience, I’d write: Absolutely amazing day in Chianti and one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Tobias was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the region, but also personable and fun to spend the day with. We visited three boutique wineries, each with its own personality and approach to winemaking, which made the experience so much more interesting than simply doing one large winery. The tastings were fantastic, the Tuscan lunch was excellent, and driving through the Chianti countryside between stops was an experience in itself. I definitely think this tour is worth doing privately. Having the one-on-one attention from Tobias allowed us to ask questions, learn much more about the wines, and really tailor the experience to what interested us instead of feeling like we were following a standard group itinerary. If you love wine and want a more personal way to experience Chianti, I highly recommend this. And if you’re lucky enough to get Tobias, even better!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our tour guide and this tour. It was private and we went to three wonderful vineyards. I highly recommend it. I am a frequent traveler and always use private tours. This one is five stars.

Such a pleasant and hassle free experience. Our guide Stafanonwas knowledgeable, friendly and clearly loved the area and the wineries we were visiting. He joined us for lunch and he got to know us.

We liked our guide— he taught us a lot about Italian wine and culture (which was our primary goal). The winery choices were superb. The lunch was very tasty. Overall, I’m very very happy that I choose this particular tour/ guide.

Fantastic day in Chianti and San Gimignano. Our driver, Angel was extremely knowledgeable, took us to 2 great wineries, and beautiful sceneries. The lunch was delicious too! Highly recommend the tour and this company

Absolutely incredible! This day was our favorite part of an awesome Italy trip. Our guide/driver/sommelier was the best. He was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He chose 3 different wineries that were completely different from one another. It was just an all around incredible day in the Chianti countryside. We will be booking this again when we go back.

Amazing day visiting three independent small/medium wineries who are passionate about their product. Completely private for us two with our expert guide Daria who was incredible at not only organising the day but also introducing us to some history of the area. You will leave with a few bottles yourself (you buy them at the wineries) no doubt as the wines were delicious. Grazie Daria and the team.

We had so much fun with our guide Paola! She was amazing giving us the history of the area answering questions pausing for the unforgettable photos! The tastings and wine were unbelievable and the views are something I will never forget!

We had a beautiful day with Pauola on this tour. She picked us up from our hotel right on time and the day could not have been any better. We visited three amazing boutique wineries and as a delicious lunch at the second one. The drive was breathtaking and Pauola took here time. We ended the day with lots of wine and new friends.
