3:00 AM: Departure from Cusco by private tourist transport to Ollantaytambo.
5:05 AM: Board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. 6:50 AM: Arrival in Aguas Calientes and transfer by bus Consettur to Machu Picchu.
Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu 7:50 AM: Climb Huayna Picchu for breathtaking panoramic views of Machu Picchu (approximately 1.5 hours walk). 12:30 PM: Descent by bus back to Aguas Calientes.
Time to explore. 4:22 PM: Board the return train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo.

Wonderful views of you have the luck with the weather. Quite hard physically, but not dangerous (although there some exposed parts). Worth the pain.
Great view can be had from the Huayna Picchu mountain. One of the best mountains to observe the entire Inca city of Machupicchu.

For all those who can choose to do Huayna Picchu I recommend it in its entirety, from here you will have a panoramic view of all of Machu Picchu. The agency complied, they gave me 2 tickets, one to visit all Machu Picchu and another for Huayna Picchu, highly recommended.
