Accordingly, some breaks, which serve solely to sell offers (jewellery, perfumes, food, spirits). But this is the case for all providers. Pure tourism. Racks tamped from the ground mass event venues. Nevertheless, we can recommend the provider. You get what's in the description for the money. You have to say no to everything about 30 times. Our guide Ameer was very nice and is probably one of the best dune drivers. My stomach noticed. The desert is very beautiful there. Red endless sand hills. It's worth the trip for that. After that 45min further the trip to the camp. Well, the food was good, camel riding in a 5m radius (or 10min for an extra charge of course) and the desert is more steppe-like there, not for photos. The show was Ramadan conditional with no female participation. Men dancing in circles in a skirt. 10min straight without dizziness. It's an achievement. As I said, all providers do the same, this provider here is recommended, was very accessible and you get what is promised for fair money. The cheap offers of others are all lure offers where you still have to pay heavily. Good supplier. Highly recommended.

I booked (with extra charge) for a private tour but the car came to pick me an hour late with 2 other groups of people, so it become 8 of us squeezed in a vehicle with my child having to sit on me throughout the car ride. Was brought to a desert and had sand duneing, stopped to take some pictures as well. After that, we were brought to dinner camp. After dinner, driver says we can take pictures with camel and then we can head back to Dubai. This was when I asked how about our camel ride, sand boarding etc. I showed him my booking description then he said ‘no time, late already’ and tried to brush me off. It’s only when I kept asking (together with another couple), then did he gave us 2 short rounds of camel ride in the dark, as well as a short snowboard session in the dark as well. It was really disappointing how we were only on the camel for minutes and in the dark only after I repeatedly asked about it, which was supposed to be the highlight of our tour. What’s worse is that when we were gonna leave the desert camp, driver did not start the car engine. He showed us a QR code and say we have to leave him 5* reviews first. I was reluctant to do so as it was against my will but he made sure to even take my phone away from me and checked that I did submit before he was willing to drive off. So here I am, updating with my true authentic review here again. The next day , my tour operator contacted me to check on my experience. I explained to him and he mentioned they had to outsource cos my original driver had been hospitalised. I was given a refund subsequently due to the miscommunication (booked private and got a shared tour) and bad experience.

Safari is amazing. The Driver is good and the explanation through the desert of the Driver is very absolute stunning. Thank you.

First time been to Dubai and having a great experience of desert safari adventure at red dune. So perfect safari guide was full of skills. Camp was nice food was mouthwatering

whilst the guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly we felt the small time we were allowed to used the quad bikes in a fenced off area, (unable to go up the dunes unless we paid) without the use of the buggy (unless we paid) and no option to sandboard, didn’t reflect the trip description we had booked, it was a lengthy transfer and the small time spent in the desert didn’t justify the price. I would therefore request a refund of the price paid as we wouldn’t have booked this trip if we knew we would be on quads for less than 20 minutes. Since complaining about our experience we received a really argumentative response from the company who then proceeded to post their own 5 star review to counteract our comments. They have also since reworworded to trip to cover themselves for the quad bike in a fenced area. Not a happy customer and still no refund received.
