Description
Experience an unforgettable excursion on the southern part of Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. A date with mother nature and the spectacular and unique landscape. On the way to Refugio Sapienza, the tour guide will share some interesting pieces of information about the volcano. Once there, you can decide to stay at 1900 meters or ascend to 2300 meters by cable card and up to 2900 with the moon bus. At the summit, an alpine guide or volcanologist will welcome you and lead you on a guided walk around the crater of her Majestic Mother Etna. You will have the opportunity to see the most recent lava flows and the Silvestri craters two volcanic cones formed during the 1892 eruption.

Trina was so helpful. Took the admin out of organising. Had great couple of trips through them and would definitely recommend.

Going the extra mile
Trina was awesome with organising our excursions taking the time to meet with us and sort our transport. Francesco was very knowledgeable on our tour of Etna. We had a fantastic time exploring Etna and also with a dolphin boat trip around Taormina.

You have to see Etna at least once
Etna was clear - however the price of the climb is quite expensive - 50 euros per person for the first part and 35 for the second
