It was a beautiful location and the palace did not disappoint. It was truly a special experience to see the famous paintings up close.
You don’t need to stop at the ticket window. Your ticket gets you in. No meeting place; no one to meet
It was a beautiful museum, but I wasn’t informed there were gardens. I am very disappointed. I missed him. Had I had a Guide. They would’ve told us something about it, but I had to rent headphones. They were not included..

Apart from a few Klimt paintings, there are no other noteworthy masterpieces. The staff is extremely rigid. We had tickets for 5:00 PM, but we had finished other tours earlier and showed up at 4:00 PM. At that moment there was no line, but they didn't let us in because of the time. We returned at 4:50 PM and had to wait in line for 20 minutes, because many tickets had been sold for our time slot. Senseless rigidity... Like everything in Vienna, the ticket is expensive in this case too.

Very beautiful and well-organized place! We only went into the upper viewpoint, but we left enchanted! Unforgettable experience. We entered with electronic tickets purchased online.
