Angel was a great guide! He was attentive and helpful to everyone in the group! He had such a great personality and made the trip incredibly fun!
our guide Brandon was a 10/10. brings you to a local market for snacks before had, bathroom etc. then takes you on the best day in the rainforest. explains everything well and couldn't have had a better experience
Brandon was the best tour guide, request him!! Be careful on the waterslide and listen to instructions!!
Incredible experience at a great price, Brendon was an absolutely amazing guide who made us feel safe at all times while encouraging us to have some fun and live up the moment. He knew the good spots to eat at in Luquillo Beach and had connections to get discounts on the Jet Ski rentals there. A Must Do Activity.
A fun adventure! Our guide, Angel, was very fun and professional and took good care of us. I will say the terrain was more difficult than light to moderate. More like moderate to difficult, but proud to have done it.
Amazing time! Super fun crew, the tour guide Isaí was very knowledgeable and considerate. I recommend this tour/trip! 10/10, the water was perfect, the scenery was stunning and the air was fresh!
Super fun!! Angel was the best. True local. Lots of walking and being outside so time of year is important due to weather. Bring a change of clothes and SOCKS FOR THE FOREST!
Bus was extremely hot-NO AIR. Bus ride was hour and half picking up other. We filled the bus with 24 people, which made it very very hot. Everyone was sweating. We were not informed of no air or the long drive to the forest. It’s NOT BEGINER LEVEL. We had people they didn’t know how to swim and no one was there to help you cross over from first slide. Terrain was so unlevel and dangerous, it was very hard on our knees. With no air most of us couldn’t and paid high uber fees to leave from the area of 50 bars and restaurants! By the time we picked everyone up we only had a little over an hour to shop eat and drink. No time for the beach located directly behind the strip of restaurants. They charged us $30 per person for transportation and one only ended up using one way transportation instead of round trip! This needs to be better planned and the BUS NEEDS AIR!! TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE 90’s. Bus was was great! Music perfect and keep apologizing for the air but when we arrived all busses had windows down so I believe they were trying to fix the air in any of the buses from this company. He told me they do trips 7 days a week. The air is a problem and needs to be fixed & addressed. I’m asking for a refund for the one way trip coming back for five people because there was no way we could sit another hour and a half with no air!! $15 per person=$75!!
We really enjoyed our day at El Yunque and Luquillo Beach. Both were fantastic experiences, our guide Tony was great, and communication couldn't have been better throughout. For those reasons, I am giving a 5/5 review. However, just a heads up for anyone expecting any kind of tour of the rainforest - don't. It is basically a short 10 minute hike directly to one body of water followed by a shorter trek to a second body of water. Beautiful and refreshing but not educational or informative.
Great experience! Not much walking, just a quick path to the waterslide and then to the beach afterwards. Israel was a great guide, ensuring we all had fun and made the most of the experience. You should definitely wear a bathing suit and get water shoes are well.
