Departure from San Juan to Ceiba Ferry Terminal Your adventure begins with pickup in San Juan. We will send your exact pickup time and location details one day prior to your tour via text message. After completing the final pickup, our shuttle will depart for the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at: 6:45 AM (Monday – Friday reservations) 5:45 AM (Saturday & Sunday reservations) The drive from San Juan to Ceiba takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. Important: The shuttle will wait no more than 5 minutes at each pickup location. If you are not ready on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Please be ready and outside at your designated pickup spot to ensure a smooth departure.
Ferry Check-In & Boarding Information Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, our team will assist you with the check-in and boarding process. Important: All guests must check in 1 hour prior to the scheduled ferry departure time at both Ceiba and Culebra ferry terminals. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and are non-refundable. Return to Ceiba – Transportation Information Once you arrive back at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal, your driver will be waiting for you at the White Tents waiting area by the ticket center. Please do not cross the street near Gate 2 of the ferry terminal. Remain under the white tents for pickup. The driver will be holding an I VENTURES sign with our pink sun (magenta) logo for easy identification. Driver contact information will be shared with you on the day of your tour for smooth coordination.
Return to San Juan The drive from Ceiba back to San Juan takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. We will provide drop-off directly at your hotel or original pickup location for your convenience.

I enjoyed the beach the only thing to me. It’s just expensive to get there like you have to pay transportation to get there which was $400 in additional money has to come out when you get to the dock because you have to pay a cab to the beach, then you gotta pay to get into the beach. And the beach had a lot of seaweed like it wasn’t as pretty as the picture would show you, but it was nice water. It was a good time because of who I was with.

Our service is $75 per person and includes secured round-trip ferry tickets, plus round-trip transportation from San Juan to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal, with an early 6:45 AM departure and approximately 7:00 PM return. We do not charge $400 for transportation. Once in Culebra, transportation from the Ferry Terminal to Flamenco Beach is approximately $10 per person round trip, and Flamenco Beach admission is approximately $2 per person. We’re not sure what additional transportation or services resulted in the $400 mentioned in this review, but that amount does not represent our pricing. Regarding the seaweed, beach conditions can vary naturally from day to day and are outside of our control. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy your day in Culebra and appreciate you sharing your experience.
Our driver Jonathan was very nice and communicative. He made the trip very smooth. My boyfriend and I didn’t realize the return ferry from Culebra docked at a different location right next to where we were dropped off so we missed our ferry. Jonathan helped us find a ride home so he didn’t have to worry. 5 star service.

Truly horrendous!!! DO NOT USE THIS SEVICE if you want to envoy your day. Printing out the wrong tickets for another day, not even realizing it if we don’t call them, then providing new tickets 5 minutes before departure, then having an over 20 minutes delay on the pick up to head back because we needed to “help” the other group who ended not even going with us so we waited for nothing

Our staff immediately corrected the issue, secured the proper ferry tickets, and ensured every guest boarded the ferry and completed the trip as planned. As for the return transportation, this is a shared shuttle service, not a private transfer. Before departing Ceiba, our drivers verify that every guest from our tour has safely returned from the ferry. This is a safety procedure we follow on every trip. Once all passengers were accounted for, we departed back to San Juan as scheduled. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we continually review our operations to improve the guest experience. However, this isolated operational issue did not prevent you from receiving the complete service purchased: round-trip transportation, ferry ticket coordination, transportation to Culebra, and a safe return to San Juan. It was a great experience. The beach was great time, and driving the golf cart in the island even better.
Would 100% recommend. I was solo traveling and my phone ended up getting damaged on the island. Jonathan picked us up and he went out of his way to try and help me get my phone fixed. He also dropped me off at my hotel since I could not order an inverted from the drop off location. Thanks Jonathan!!!

The pickup is right on time and gives you time at the ferry to grab a snack and use the bathrooms before boarding.
