Terrible.
Not family-friendly or stroller-friendly at all. We had to wake our sleeping infant just to get into the elevator to go up, and the tour guide never warned us that this would be an issue. The tour itself was disappointing. The guide spent a lot of time talking about information that felt irrelevant and unnecessary. Complete waste of 2 hours. Traveling with a baby is already challenging, and this experience made it unnecessarily difficult. I would not book this tour again and definitely would not recommend it to families with young children or strollers.

We did the Eiffel Tower with elevator (not stairs). We had a wonderful time and Mina was a fabulous guide! She is knowledgeable, energetic, and very charismatic. We would highly recommend!
