We loved being able to get it the top of the Eiffel Tower! It was hard to find the starting point of the tour and almost missed it. Should have better instructions that it’s outside the gates of the Eiffel Tower. Totally worth the money tho!!

Bayo made us play a game too! He’s the best. One of the best tour guide that me and my husband encountered on our honeymoom.
Worth skipping the line to enter but the lines at the elevators inside to descend are long. This was not a a really busy time but took 45 min to get down the elevator. I would recommend that after that you walk down the stairs to level 1 and then down to the exit. I am sorry I cant remember the tour guide (started with a T) but he was very knowledgeable.
I cannot write enough amazing things about Cecilia and Blue Fox Travel. First, Cecila is a very knowledgeable, super kind, and is perfectly bilingual. She has a wonderful sense of humor and kept the tours of the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Versallies fun and interesting. We loved spending time with her - she absolutely made our trip extra special and we were so lucky to have her as our guide for all 3 tours. Cecilia was able to keep our three teenage boys fully engaged for 5+ hours at a time by weaving in pop culture references and fun trivia games related to the sites. I would highly recommend Cecila for any Paris tours. On a 5 star scale, she's a 6! In addition- Blue Fox travel was fantastic in helping me plan exactly what my family wanted to do while we were in Paris.
Hello Dina, Thank you so much for writing this avalanche of kind words. We are so proud to know that you have had such a great experience with us, and really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We loved touring you and the boys to all these places! Come back anytime!
I purchased two 'Skip The line' tour tickets with Summit access included, to avoid the anticipated crowds and access the Eiffel Tower with a dedicated tour guide. At the gathering place, the group was told by our guide that the Summit elevator/access was closed due to technical issues and provided each of us a paper ticket (for 26.80 Euros) with instructions to request a refund following the limited 2nd floor tower tour that he would provide. Upon arrival, I noticed that there was no 'skip the line' and that the group was waiting in line with the rest of the general public for elevator access. After moving to the second floor, the tour guide pointed out a couple of obvious landmarks and then 'took off' while reminding the group to apply for their summit refunds. I sent the Europe Tourisme a request for refund explaining what had happened and our instructions to request a refund. The following day I received an email stating that a credit for 10 Euros had been processed even through I had purchased two tickets for $165.84 and been provided Summit tickets for 53.60 Euros by the tour guide. I emailed the Europe Tourisme and they stated that 10 Euros was all they intended to refund. My suggestion is for everyone to Beware of using Europe Tourisme tours as they are openly taking advantage of international travelers and committing tourism 'theft'. Their services for this event are an electronic 'pick pocket' or scam. My entire group was manipulated.
Bonjour Michael, You have mistakened us for a different company. We have not led any tours to the Eiffel Tower since before the COVID pandemic we are not even called Europe Tourisme! Hence, you must have used a different company, and posted your review on any page mentioning the Eiffel Tower. We would be grateful and appreciate that you delete your comment which does not have anything to do with our little company. Thank you in advance for your understanding and quick response!
We still had to wait in a long line to get to the summit despite passing a not too long line to get into the main area. Our guide seemed hurried and did not hold our interest. I believe we could have done this with ease on our own.
The tour started great lots of information about the Eiffel Tower but half of the tour ended up being information about Paris. The tour guide ended up talking about all the large buildings in Paris. What they were used for and what they are used for now (I booked a separate tour for that). First and last time I use this tour company.
The tour was through Blue Fox who responded quickly to our emails prior to our departure to Paris. We had no trouble finding the meet up place and it was truly a very short walk to the tour. We zipped past the very very long ticket lines to security which moved quickly. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passed the time in the security line giving us the history of the tower. Up on the second floor he pointed out landmarks on the various sides telling us a bit about them. We did go to the summit which was an interesting perspective of the city. I would not recommend this for small children as the lines for the elevators to come snowboard quite long.
The tour guide was polite and on time and kept to her script. The information provided was mediocre at best with little information about the Eiffel Tower itself. Our voucher didn't indicate the meeting site and after going through security for 40 mins we contacted the tour operator, Blue Fox Tours, who informed us that the meeting point was approx 1 block away and we would have to exit the secured area and re-enter with the tour group. The security lines at the Eiffel Tour are extremely long and there is no skip the line. I inquired if it was possible to meet the group in the secured area and was met with sarcasm and how busy her day was since she had to cancel multiple tours of Notre Dame which caught fire 2 days prior. After agreeing to her term we met up with the group and found out that there were 4 other families in our tour and one of whom was in the security line with us. It seems as if all the families had difficulty finding the meeting location, which was not listed on any of their vouchers, and where met with hostility by the Blue Fox Tour owner as I experienced. I feel that Blue Fox Tours need to improve a great deal, specifically the owner.
We selected this tour because is was skip the line and tower access. If we had it to do again, I would buy a ticket for skip the line and tower access, without the tour guide. Nothing against the guide, but we just wanted to go to the top. She helped us but I didn’t want to listen. When we broke away, there were only 3 left of the 14 or so who started with her. As far as I was concerned, the tour could have ended at the second level. She did a great job (and humorous) getting us to the second level.
