Dear Ms. Lisienkova We are sorry to read your comments. For the 1:15 tour of the Eiffel Tower, we asked you, as we do all our guests, to arrive fifteen minutes early, thus at 1:00, in order to avoid any mishap. Your guide is designated by his orange lanyard and a flag, and your voucher explains this clearly, as well as the meet up point. Quite to the contrary of zero communication we spoke with you several times. Our call log records us as having reached you just before 1:20 (thus a delay of 20 minutes from time of meeting) when you said you would need ten more minutes. As we do care very much for our guests, and your party was alone on the tour, we made this exception and waited for you. We called again before 1:25 and our attempt went to your voicemail. At 1:30 you were still not present. We left another voicemail just thereafter. We were then at 35 minutes after meeting time. And yet, out of an abundance of concern we waited yet another ten minutes before the guide gave up, with permission, and left, since our slot had been cancelled As for your tickets, had you arrived at any point at this time 1) they were expired 2) they are only valid with the accompanying guide 3) you never showed up. 4) buying tickets in advance is almost impossible for individuals, hence the service of skipping the line that we as your tour operator provide. Yet our organization, professionalism, and our care for our visitors are all points of honor with us. We would never yell at any guest and hope for the same courtesy in return. We are also proud of the exemplary work of Bayo both in his patience in waiting and the glowing reviews his tours receive, his presentation of the Eiffel Tower being foremost among them. While we regret having missed you for the tour, Memories wishes you a wonderful stay in our lovely city for the rest of the time you are here.
