Cruise was great. Dinner was OK
River cruise was very nice. Got to see different parts of Paris and the guide provided many interesting facts. Dinner with Madame Brasserie Restaurant was more 3 stars. Given 3 main entree’s that truth be told were not all that appealing. I guess you are paying to eat on the biggest draw in Paris.
Operator response
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the Seine River cruise and appreciated the insights from your guide. We’re sad the dinner didn’t quite meet expectations — we’ll relay your feedback to the restaurant for continuous improvement. We’d love it if you shared your experience with family and friends, and we hope to welcome you back to Paris soon!

Poor communication
We’ve used Viator many times, but unfortunately this was by far our worst experience. The instructions for meeting our guide were very poor. We were told to look for someone in a green hat waving a flag, but the “flag” turned out to be just a card and the hat was not green, but a faded pastel color. Because of the confusion, we lost valuable time and had only a limited opportunity to tour the base of the Eiffel Tower. On the positive side, our guide was very pleasant, and the dinner cruise afterward was quite enjoyable.
Operator response
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m truly sorry to hear that the start of your tour was confusing and caused you to lose precious time at the Eiffel Tower. Your feedback about the meeting point details is so valuable—we never want our guests to feel stressed or uncertain, and I’ll make sure this is addressed right away so future guests have a much smoother experience. That being said, I’m very happy to hear that you found your guide pleasant and that you enjoyed the dinner cruise afterward. It means a lot to us that despite the rocky start, you still carried away some good memories of your time in Paris. We’d really love the chance to welcome you back again and show you just how seamless and magical your experience with us can be from start to finish.

Bad bad service
Customer service is terrible. Book a dinner cruise on the Seine for 5:pm Pedro called and changed it to 7pm I said okay He followed up with an email but the voucher still says 5 pm tried to reach them but they’re closed Do I go at 5 or 7 Terrible terrible experience for over $600
Operator response
Thank you for your review. To ensure a more suitable experience for you, we requested to move your cruise to 7:00 PM, and you kindly agreed to this change. A confirmation email was sent to you with the updated tour time and details. We also communicated clearly on several occasions that we were unable to issue a revised voucher, but your cruise tickets reflected the exact time and were sent to you prior to the tour. To avoid any confusion, we made every effort to communicate the full itinerary before and during your tour date. Additionally, our communication channels remained open throughout, and we were available to assist with any questions or concerns. We're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Beware
The boat and lunch were lovely, however we waited an hour for our guide who never showed. Not so coincidentally, we were given tickets earlier in the morning on the “off chance” we couldn’t meet up. Very shady. After calling the vendor Tour Meets World and getting connected, the woman assured me she would give our guide my phone number since “he was there waiting” in the exact spot we were. Should come as no surprise, but we never received the phone call from our guide. We made the decision to leave our meet up spot and go directly to the river cruise. Although everyone was cold & cranky, the boat was very nice. Be wary of this company!
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced. Please note that our guide was present at the meeting point on time, and full meeting details had been shared with you in advance. Upon learning that you were having difficulty locating the guide, our team immediately reached out to both you and the guide to assist in real time. The guide also moved around the meeting area in an effort to find you. Despite these efforts and follow-up calls, we were unable to re-establish contact. We later received an email from you confirming that you had chosen to proceed with the cruise independently and was not responsive to our calls anymore. While we regret that a connection could not be made on the day, we want to assure you—and future guests—that our team was actively engaged in trying to assist and that the guide was present and attempting to locate you throughout the scheduled meet-up time.
