A very friendly and competent tour; we were lucky to be a group of only 4. We enjoyed it very much, despite a fear of heights. We can only recommend Lea.

Beware of One Journey Tours
Be aware Our One Journey tour guide never showed up for our tour of Eiffel Tower tour, never responded to emails or messages!

We'd also note this appears to be this account's first and only review. We take the integrity of reviews very seriously and report any that cannot be verified against a genuine booking. Awful experience with dishonest people
Not only has the guide not showed up for the scheduled tour, but One Journey refused t answer any of my contact attempts about it. I contacted Turbopass to try to get an explanation of what happened and they lied to my face repeatedly. My tour was scheduled for September 7th, when the tower was closed due to the strike. They first told me the guide was there and 18 people joined the tour, which was conducted as planned. When I replied that this was simply not possible because the attraction was closed, they changed the story, saying that acutally everyone was already in line when it got closed and they were all able to rescheduled. Another lie, because the tour was schedule for evening and the tower was closed since morning.

We are sorry to read this review, but we must firmly correct its central allegation: our guide was there. The reviewer’s argument appears to be that because the Eiffel Tower was closed due to industrial action, it was therefore “simply not possible” for our guide to have been present. That is simply incorrect. The Tower being closed does not prevent a guide from reporting to the designated meeting point — and our guide did exactly that. We also need to distinguish One Journey from TurboPass, a third-party distribution partner. We were not party to the conversations described here and cannot account for conflicting information provided by their representatives. What we can state unequivocally is that our guide attended the scheduled departure. The review repeatedly uses the word “lie,” yet its central accusation is itself based on an assumption: that a closed attraction means our guide could not have been at the meeting point. One does not establish the other. We completely understand the frustration caused by an unexpected strike and closure. What we cannot accept is that this frustration is being turned into a serious and inaccurate public allegation against our guide and company. Our guide reported for this tour. The Eiffel Tower being closed does not change that fact.

Tour cancelled due to heat NO REFUND! If the tower closed due to heat why are we penalized with no refund. Bad deal!
