Dyker Heights lights during the holidays. Brooklyn becomes the North Pool 1000’s of lights and decorations on the homes and doorsteps. Your tour guide will take you to the famous Sparta House and Polizzotto Home with the largest Santa display. Start the tour from the heart of Times Square focus for the New Years Eve Count down. Alex was a great guide and very knowledgeable of the area. He also showed great concern for all of us and was considerate of the cold weather and traffic.
Tour doesn't say we are walking with 20 other tours that jostled, shoved & pushed their way through us. Vendors hawking their wares adding to the confusion. Tour started late & ended later than expected. Tour guide,Alec wouldn't shut up. He talked about smoking Marijuana in front of minors.
The worst experience ever . Bus left 30 minutes late . Alex never stopped long enough to get selfies . He kept waiting for people who had already said they weren’t riding back . He kept complaining how he was going to get fired and how stressful this was for him. We want an immediate refund . Total waste of time and money . Also bus was so hot , driver had to do something mechanical to get a:c on. Should have been a delightful Christmas experience was totally miserable. Don’t ever go on this . Have been on a lot of Viator. Trips this should be rated F-
Our guide, Alex was wonderful. He did a great job sharing information and pointing out exceptionally interesting places. I would have rated the tour higher but it was raining and windy which made it harder to enjoy. Other than the weather, I would highly recommend this tour.
A well organised tour. Sanelle our guide was great. Lots of interesting facts and guided us well explaining everything throughout the 4 hour trip. The houses were wonderful to see. We would recommend this tour.
Trip was amazing. Tour Guide is Excellent. We watched very attractive decorations. Comfortable vehicle, price was worth. I enjoyed very much.
The guide on our trip was great, knowledgeable, funny & caring—-oversaw a large group on& off bus & a fabulous walking tour of Dycker Heights!
For the price I do not feel it was worth the time. Some of the houses were certainly amazing but overall it was not the experience we hoped for.
DO NOT DARE GET TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Stay away, they are a rip off, they overbook their bus seats and make you reschedule and pay an additional fee to reschedule because they don’t have a seat for you! As if it’s your fault NOT theirs!!!! Stay away!!!!! Save yourself the money and drive to Brooklyn on your own for FREE. DO NOT LET THESE PPL RIP YOU OFF. The irony that this lady’s name was savy lol she thinks being savy is over charging people and making you reschedule for an additional fee!!! Stay away!!
Dress appropriately and be prepared for a good long walk. Our guide, Bonnie, was very professional and a great guide. Her “flashlight” was our beacon to follow. The cookie and hot chocolate was a nice touch. Christmas music was played on the bus, although the speaker could be improved.
