Very good campsite for the price. Excellent vacation spent at this campsite (good location, helpfulness of the staff) A big thank you in particular to the night watchman for his professionalism and kindness. Thanks to his vigilance, the campsite was quiet. His responsiveness in opening the gate for me at 4 a.m. so that I could go catch my return boat to the mainland I will come back for sure and accompanied by friends.
We booked directly at the tourist information center to get the original night watchmen of the city of Dresden, and it was worth every cent. Patrick was our night watchman, and you can tell he loves and lives his job, and his city. Told and explained very excitingly. Answers every question. Absolutely recommended. The herbal schnapps in particular were well received. Keep it up 👍
The tour was very entertaining, an authentic experience and the group size was appropriate.
The 90 minutes flew by. With three night watchmen on duty, the participants were able to spread out well among the groups, making the tour pleasant and not overcrowded. We received a lot of interesting information about the history of Dresden and its impressive buildings, including the Semper Opera, the Zwinger, and the Frauenkirche. The stories were told in an entertaining, lively manner with a lot of humor, so it was never boring. A successful mix of history, culture, and entertainment. We had a lot of fun on the tour – a clear recommendation for all visitors to Dresden!
The night watchman tour with Brother Peter was very interesting, informative, and exceptionally funny. With a lot of knowledge, exciting stories, and a good dose of humor, he entertained us excellently. Time flew by, and we learned a lot about the city and its history. We would participate in the tour again at any time and can only recommend it further. Thank you very much for this great experience! 😊
Thanks to Peter our night watchman. Very entertaining and yet informative and pointed with one or the other stair joke of the story!! Thank you, highly recommended!!
Very informative, nice guy. A little too much confession
Duration 90 min. : definitely dress warm in winter. Great guided tour with booze, beautiful and funny anecdotes
We arrived 20 minutes before scheduled time and waited at the meeting point. There was no sign of anybody. We went around the statue several times in search of the group. We gave up 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting. There was no way to contact the guide, and as the meeting point was very busy, we find it very unfortunate. As there was no experience for us, we kindly ask for refund of the cost.
With the weather (-3°) there should be more movement. We stood in one place for about 40 minutes. The narrative was multifaceted
