Excellent Experience...
We booked this through our holiday provider & so pleased we did. We paid £57 for two people, the trip was 3 hours long with fantastic views and hidden caves. We were very lucky to experience seeing the dolphins in the wild. Beautiful creatures and an experience we will never forget. There is a bar on board offering a range of drinks and snacks. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Communication in regards to pick up/drop off taxis pre trip was great. €10 for two people return was great value and the driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Would Highly recommend this...

The rib boats allow for access to the caves. We saw everything the tour advertised; dolphins and the caves! Excellent tour!

Great experience
An amazing trip. Daniel, Thomas and the captain made us laugh the whole time. We had time for a swim and saw the dolphins too

Gabriel and Ozzie… you are legends!
Absolutely fantastic! Probably one of the best trips I’ve ever been on, so much fun. Saw lots of dolphins and got so close to them. Gabriel and Ozzie were phenomenal, they totally made the trip so much fun, cannot recommend this enough!

Amazing experience and saw dolphins
We did this experience with Xride and it was amazing. Well worth every penny spent. We met at the meeting point and then we're guided to the boat. Once on the boat a photographer came on and took a group photo of your group for you to purchase after (we purchased these as it was great and reasonably priced).
We were on the boat and the staff were friendly and welcoming and kept checking everyone was OK and no one felt sick.
We got to see the dolphins which were amazing and also saw some seals. We then went to the caves and again amazing experience (even saw the elephant cave).
We then had a little race with a boat next to us on the way back which made it fun. The staff then came round and took photos on your own phone for you.
Once docking they then came round and shook every single persons hand and thanked them. (This is rare and was a very thoughtful idea to make sure no one was missed and to show their appreciation to you)
The trip is an experience well worth booking. We went on the larger boat and was great.

No dolphins seen, no stop for a swim
End of September 2026 visit, the earliest meeting time, and no dolphins on sight. We went on a rib boat. There was no stop for a swim as described on listing. If you have done a boat tour through Ponta da Piedade, then Benagil Cave might be underwhelming since it's a bit brief. Sometimes it's a bit hard to hear the guide due to volume and where he is; he does move around to his credit.

100% must do
A great fun experience for an afternoon!
The tour guides work closely with other guides to ensure that their guests, get to see the dolphins. And it works wonders. Our experience involved another tour company that encouraged the dolphins to play with the waves the other boat was making. In the end, we caught 5 of them coming up, jumping and slapping the water!
The energy was great and they had music playing through the journey, so you're not sat there in silence.
We took space at the top, which I would recommend doing as the main deck below doesn't enable you to see what's going on, wider out at sea.

Don’t book Allboat
Booked for the morning on a small catamaran and got bumped to 2pm and ended up getting lumped into a large not with 100 people.

Would not do again. In...
Would not do again. In the description it said that we would stop for a swim but we never stopped at all. We also never saw any dolphins. The only thing out of the description for this tour that we did was see the caves.
