Dolphins Search and Benagil Caves from Albufeira

Experience was really great, stuff were super friendly and knowledgeable, 4 stars only because we didn’t get to see dolphins but they not guaranteed as not always they are out and about as they are wild animals after all. Definitely recommended.

We went with Dreawave Algarve and booked directly with them. It cost us €180.20 for a family of 5, they included children over 11 as an adult and we have a 14, 8 and 5 year old. For the experience I think it was heavily overpriced. The rock formations were nice but nothing we hadn’t really seen before in other countries however, of geology and rock formation is interesting to you, maybe you would enjoy it more. The Benagil Cave itself was pretty but very busy, they give you 2 minutes where everyone gets up and takes turns to get pictures. The search for dolphins was unsuccessful and very blustery. Our 5 year old spent most of the trip wrapped in a towel as she was cold. Overall, I wouldn’t do it again and felt it was a waste of money. There were other boat trips in smaller boats that actually go into a lot of the caves and some that also include snorkelling. We would have much rather have done that than sit on a boat for 2 and a half hours looking at rocks 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolutely amazing experience highly recommended, tour guides Martinelli and Daniel were brilliant and a great laugh. We got to see a dolphin. Cables were amazing. What an experience. Would so do it again. Well done Martinelli and Daniel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very poor decision from me as the tour is done by a small uncomfortably tender with no sun shade . 2 hours seated under the sun with no rest . When I booked I expected a bigger more comfortable experience as the boat in the advert is bigger . If you have health issues don’t go unless you want to feel ill . Avoid with younger kids or if you are more than 30 y old and heat/sun restistant.

2 hr trip, very good and a lot of fun. Seen dolphins, caves and a swim. The tour guides were excellent, Martin and Dany. Very nice guys with lots of knowledge.

The crew were absolutely fantastic and captain delivered taking us away from all the other boats and we came across a massive pod of dolphins who came right up to the boat it was a fantastic experience definitely recommend

We had such a great experience on our boat trip to see the caves and dolphins! We had the pleasure of having Martin as our guide and Ozzy as our captain, and they made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. The trip itself was beautiful, but the highlight for us was definitely Martin. He was absolutely hilarious, full of energy, and made the entire excursion so much fun from beginning to end. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and his personality made the experience even more memorable. Unfortunately, we didn’t really get the chance to see the dolphins, but of course that’s nature and never guaranteed. It honestly didn’t take away from the experience at all — the boat ride, the caves, the scenery, and especially the atmosphere created by Martin and Ozzy made it completely worth it. We would absolutely recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Martin and Ozzy, you’re in for a great time!

Fantastic trip - great boat (catamaran) and very friendly crew - Bruno and his team www a lot of fun. We were lucky enough to see dolphins. We were a bit late setting off and a bit of communication about that from the office would have been good. However the rest of the trip made up for it.

Excellent tour. The coastline is well worth seeing and they do a great job getting up close views of the best sights. Guides were entertaining and friendly, took the time to talk to you individually, especially Bruno. Saw a lot of dolphins which of course was the highlight, many were right next to boat so overall a great tour.

100% definitely recommend highlight of our trip everything went so smooth from collecting the boarding passes to the end, our tour guide Bruno was incredible & the rest of the staff were so lovely and helpful too. We choose the CATAMARAN Benagil Caves and Dolphins and went at 930 I’d really recommend this one as it’s spacious , clean and has everything you need a bar & toilets we stopped at the benagil caves for around 8 minutes and then cruised to look for dolphins we were so lucky to see some! then went alongside the coast and stopped for a swim you can’t miss this when you are in albufeira Portugal incredible day
