**English translation** Het Steen is part of a former ring fortification on the right bank of the River Scheldt in the city of Antwerp. Since 2021, the building has served as a tourist welcome center for the city of Antwerp.

The former building of the National Bank of Belgium in Antwerp, located on the Frankrijklei, is an impressive historic property from 1879, designed by architect Hendrik Beyaert in an eclectic style.
A beautiful neoclassical theatre from 1834, designed by the city architect Pierre Bruno Bourla. It is the home of Toneelhuis, one of the most important theatre companies in Flanders.

Lovely experience, very nice.
Un acceptable customer service. Dirty tram, audio problems, the narrative does match the sight seeing. The manager said that she did not care if we leave a negative feedback. Very disappointing experience. Do not waste your time and money on this activity.

Purchased tickets online for a moment when the train was not running due to local square party. Luckily we were allowed to go the next day. Luckily we had that margin.

We proberen dit altijd zo duidelijk mogelijk op onze website te vermelden, maar soms is het helaas overmacht. In zulke gevallen doen we ons best om snel een passende oplossing te bieden. Fijn dat jullie wat ruimte hadden in de planning en de tickets de dag nadien konden gebruiken.
We booked the HopNStop bus to be able to watch the two most important stations for us - Grote Markt and Hauptbahnhof - with my mobility-impaired mother in peace and at our own pace. The driver of the bus was super friendly and made everything possible for my mother to board the bus with an even more worried kick. The rollator has also found space without any problems. We then had enough time at Centraal to marvel at the station and ride the Ferris wheel. Then the same bus came back with our dear driver and helped once again to get on and off. The explanations of buildings and sights during the 30-minute drive were also informative and we saw quite a few things. Thank you - it was perfect for us.
