The food was excellent and the view was spectacular. Worth the price.
This was not what I expected. There were additional charges for everything; drinks, table, even $9.00 for a bottle of water. Even though the boat was less than half full, they charged an extra $20.00 for a window table My granddaughter's food had 2 hairs in it and had to be sent back. Everyone was finished with dessert and our table had yet to be cleared. The cruise itself was cut short and we did not get to see Notre Dame. I have been on several Seine dinner cruises and they have all been superior to this one. I am disappointed that Viator would support this level of service.
Do not book this!! It was an awful experience. They changed the address to a meeting point that didn’t exist and then left from the original meeting point. We met a couple the next night who had the same problem and barely made the boat. They told us the food tasted like it came out of a can and that the boat smelled awful
Beautiful cruise at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. The return at night with all of Paris illuminated is a treat for the eyes.
The tour was amazing. The boat was perfect and the food was great. But we almost missed the tour because the company informed a departure address from the boat and it was not that. Another place came via message later.
The food was awful! The view was amazing- but we barely ate… none of us. The wine was about the only thing we enjoyed.
If you order special meal such as Gluten Free e sure your server understand what you are ordering. I order Sea Bass & got a chicken fish that I could not eat - even after the server looked at our order 3-4 times in between serving other tables! Also, I service was very slow! Enjoyed the food but service was not great!

We arrived early to get a good seat and they charged 20 euros for a window seat. Seemed pretty unprofessional. Food was sub-par to par at best. The boat and tie cruise itself was good.
