A Diamante fun-filled day includes a fantastic zip line course with the longest ride times and features a nearly mile-long ocean view line, a 30-foot free fall “Quick Jump” and a Hanging Bridge over Crocodiles. The Sanctuary is home to a large variety of Costa Rican animals placed in our care and managed by a team of qualified and dedicated professionals. The Animal Sanctuary is home to frogs, snakes, crocodiles, monkeys, sloths, beautiful birds, butterfly observatory and a variety of cats including pumas and jaguars.

A Diamante fun-filled day includes a fantastic zip line course with the longest ride times and features a nearly mile-long ocean view line, called “The Howler”, a 30-foot free fall “Quick Jump” and a Hanging Bridge over Crocodiles. Costa Rica’s best and only ocean view dual Zip Line allows guest to share this experience with family and friends, riding side by side. Diamante’s Zip Line is designed and engineered for fun and safety according to ACCT standards. Diamante uses state-of-the-art carbon lines, and an automatic braking system, so guests never have to touch the lines. The Adventure Pass also provides unlimited access to Diamante’s Animal Sanctuary recognized as one of the most beautiful Wildlife Education Centers in Costa Rica. The Sanctuary is home to a large variety of Costa Rican animals placed in our care and managed by a team of qualified and dedicated professionals. The unique design of the habitats allows guests to view and learn with the bi-lingual staff eager to share their knowledge. The Animal Sanctuary is home to frogs, snakes, crocodiles, monkeys, sloths, beautiful birds, butterfly observatory and a variety of cats including pumas and jaguars. The Botanical Garden, filled with fruit trees, flowers and plants is the location of the “Traditional House” a replica of a typical farmhouse common in the area 100 years ago. Diamante offers a unique “hands-on” cultural experience with coffee, chocolate and sugar cane. Hammock Beach is the ideal spot to continue with the Adventure Pass and enjoy exclusive access to the beach for added activities such as stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling and kayaking or sit back relax in hanging chairs and hammocks. Included for free with the Adventure Pass, guests can refuel at Diamante’s ocean view restaurant and enjoy a highly rated Costa Rican buffet at the Welcome Center; including coffee and fruit drinks from 11 am to 3 pm.

This was a great experience!! From the time we arrived til we left, everyone we interacted with was so welcoming, helpful and friendly!! They made it easy to know what to do and where to go! We did the cultural tour which was outstanding and so informative! Kenneth, who did the presentation, was the best!! Explained everything so well and answered several questions people had. We learned so much and got to taste the coffee and chocolate he made! Outstanding! The animal area was enjoyable. Clean, easy to observe each type of rescue animal. The butterfly area was amazing!! We also had the buffet lunch there. There was a nice variety of food and it was good! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
What a wonderful day at Diamante Eco Park. We started our day with the fun and exciting ziplines, ate a delicious lunch, toured the animal sanctuary, then enjoyed an afternoon on the beach. Sadly, the weather did not allow for kayaking, but that was no one's fault. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The photographer took awesome pictures for us to remember our unforgettable adventures!
Amazing place! The zip lining was a once in a lifetime experience! Seeing the the animals up close was cool...especially since they are all unique to Costa Rica. The staff was very engaging and the grounds were well kept. Great for couples or families!

I booked with Nexus and had a great experience. It was simple to book and when it was pick up time, the diamanté shuttle arrived at the hotel. It was an all day experience. You are able to experience the Superman zipline and other smaller zip lines. You can see the RIU hotels from the zipline. You get an authentic lunch and shuttle through the park. There is an small culture tour to explore coffee and chocolate making. You get to see Lucy the sloth when it was feeding time.

Super fun day, I recommend getting the day pass to experience all the different activities. I wish we got there earlier because we didn’t have time to make it to the beach. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I would definitely go again!

The ziplines were great, our group ranged in age from 7-64 and we all had a blast. The Superman run has great aerial views. The wildlife area was very nice and lots of wonderful exhibits. The buffet lunch was good with a few different options. If you are staying anywhere near the Papagayo Peninsula Region, check out the options they have available.

Extremely expensive park for what it is. Everything is aimed at a basic American clientele, too bad! You pay the same flat rate even if you cannot or do not want to do the biggest zipline. With all the preparations and the crowd, you will only do the activity once. The buffet is good and decent. Everything is an extra: the coffee/cacao experience, the horses, the photos (by email only, $12 and it is not printed)… for a full package it is a shame. On the animal sanctuary side, it is beautiful, clean with plenty of guides in the paths who give you explanations. But it looks more like a zoo with these animals that cannot be released. Finally, the staff at the park ticket counters are very unpleasant and are only there to make you buy the most expensive package at about €130…
