Driver was not friendly. Very rude. Showed up unannounced 30 minutes before the pick up time and accused us of being late. Didn't do full justice to the dune bashing.
Horrible experience. The driver we got didn't provide any background of the tour, what we are seeing and what we are going to do. Basically drove the car in silence until he attempted to cross the bump covering the telecommunication cable. The car got hung up on the bump and we got us stuck in the desert for 4 hours. No water was provided despite being part of the deal. No communication was provided how the issue would be resolved. Not even once the office called us or expressed concern about our well being. After 4 hours of being stuck, the rest of the "tour" was done in haste and in the darkness. The next day a partner Nayef contacted me and agreed to provide a refund. After almost 1 month no refund was issued and the company and Nayef do not respond to my messages.

The best day at the desert!!!! Our drive Jan looked after us so much and everyone when we was there.. had a full on photo shoot and got treated amazingly. Very happy customers!!!!
Crappy tour, where it’s too far drive from the Dubai city center. We didn’t get drinks (water and softdrinks) as should have been included.
The Dune bashing was amazing and I really recommend this event!!! Unfortunately, we had to wait nearly one hour before, because we didn‘t want to buy the ATV Drive. After the dune bashing we were driven to a desert camp with barbecue and different show events- we didn‘t like it, because there were nearly 400 people and the quality of Show acts and food was not very good. Unfortunately there was no time for a camel ride after the show, because the driver was in a hurry:-(.
We enjoyed the driving, the show and the food was amazing. The only negative for me was the aggressive selling tactics of the vendors. They were a tad intimidating and many of them didn’t like to hear no thank you.
