We pick up anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes before our trip depending on the location of the hotel. Customers can be picked up at the provided list of hotels. Please wait in the front lobby of the hotel with your booking information or your voucher.

This was a thrilling ride! The rapids were super exciting, and the guides ensured we were well-prepared. We had 7 paddlers, plus our terrific guide J-Money on the oars. The guides here really know what they are doing, and the dry suits did their job keeping us comfortable through the waves. The meet-up location is right across from the Holland America lodge, so you can book direct and just walk across the street.
We’re also happy to hear the dry suits kept you comfortable and that the whole experience felt well organized from start to finish. And yes, being right across from the Holland America Lodge makes getting to us pretty easy!
We had a wonderful experience rafting 11 miles with New Wave. Jake was our guide, he was upbeat, funny, loved his job and made our experience on the river incredible. We have shown our pictures to all our friends and they can't wait to go white water rafting in Alaska with New Wave. We were picked up at the Holland America lodge and provided all the equipment we needed.
Jake will be so happy to hear that his energy, humor, and love for what he does came through and helped make your day on the river so memorable.
We had a great time. Our guides, Mike & Atticus, did a fantastic job. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

I was a little apprehensive to do this adventure. So glad I did cause I had the best time on this river raft trip. Our group had the best boat guide. If you get the chance ask for Beau. He was so fun and made the trip so worth it.

Excellent trip! Great customer service from start to finish. orientation and "getting dressed" were a breeze with the staff. Our guide tupelo was amazing too. Highly recommend this activity when you are in the Denali area.
