We pick up anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes before our trip depending on the location of the hotel. Customers can be picked up at the provided list of hotels. Please wait in the front lobby of the hotel with your booking information or your voucher.

GREAT trip. AARON was a great boat guide. Company is very honest and told people they could get a refund the day of the tour if they did not feel they could do the rapids.
This was a great experience. Our guide Jake was fun and informative. This was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed the ride.View is very scenic Highly recommend this excursion.

From pickup to our return back to the hotel went very smooth with being on time and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful with very clear instructions. Our guide, J Money, was awesome! What I appreciated most was how he was attentive to each individual needs. If you wanted to help paddle you could but it was great to relax and enjoy the ride without a paddle. Highly recommend this company!

We had such a great time with Jay Money and his team. This adventure was not exactly something I wanted to do but my husband really did so I went along. I gotta say Jay made the trip perfect. He was so professional and made me feel safe the whole time. He gave us the run down about what to expect while on the water and guided the raft smoothly yet a bit exciting in a few places. He was very engaged with his guests and made us all feel like he completely enjoyed what he was doing. Sharing his adventures made the trip so much fun. I highly recommended rafting with New Wave while you are visiting Denali National Park - you will not be disappointed. You will laugh and share an extraordinary time on the river. This was an amazing experience. The warm suits lived up to their billing and kept us warm and mostly dry. Terra, our guide, was fabulous. She lead us through the rapids and gave us information about the area and the history of Alaska; we loved Beau as well and his sense of humor. The pick up and drop off was seamless as well and ALL the staff were polite and courteous.

We had a great time floating down the river with Jay Money. Not only was he extremely professional, he was knowledgeable about the region. He also made us aware of what to expect from start to finish. His team was very helpful, courteous and fun, especially Bryce. 😀 He made the trip fun the whole time - making us laugh and at the same time comfortable in a setting where anything could happen. Definitely recommend this if you are in the Denali region.
