We will see beautiful bays hidden in the bosom of the Taurus, which will appear after each turn. Then, we will have a coffee break to relax at the "Falcon Hill" with its magnificent view at around 9-10 am.
Myra Antik Kenti
Admission included60 min
Our first stop will be Myra, which was the capital of the Lycian Civilization for a long time. Here is also known as the place where Kybele became Artemis. The story of the city starts with embossed rock tombs, and reaches the sea by Adriane Harbor. The ancient theater of the city, built above the rock tombs, is expanding downwards.
The carvings on both sides of the graves in the river necropolis are worth seeing as proof of ancient art. This magnificent theater belonging to the Roman period is one of the few ancient theaters that have survived today. Our experienced guides will open the mystery of this ancient city with you.
Church of St. Nicholas
Admission included60 min
Our next stop will be the Church of Saint Nicholas, which is located right next to Myra. The cleric who lived in Anatolia known as "Santa Claus" worldwide, known mostly as Santa Klaus in European countries. The importance of today's Italy to Sicily Island, Naples, Bari, Germany's Freiburg, and even the patron saint of New York City in America, commemoration is held on December 6 of each year.
The place where the real St. Nicholas lived is on the Mediterranean coast which never snows. With his benevolent attitude towards children in distress, his protective personality turned into a sympathetic old man who appeared on Christmas nights and brought gifts to children. As you stroll through the magnificent St. Nicolaus church, witness the traces of charity, solidarity, and love.

Kekova is the name of a region of fascinating islands, bays, and ancient cities. Kekova has a sorely seen attraction along the shore of the Island, a sunken city is observed. The geological movements of the Island and earthquakes caused the city on the Island to be submerged, creating a strange scene with half of the city underwater and half above.
Teimiussa, and Simena are the main Lycian settlements in the area. We will witness the miracle of this underwater city that resembles Atlantis with our two-hour boat tour in Kekova, and also, you may relax by getting cool during swimming breaks.
After the end of our Kekova boat trip, our comfortable vehicles that will be on the way back will drop you back at your hotels. Thus, we ensure that the guests participating in the Kekova Tour will make unforgettable memories.

Beautiful sights, misleading activity details
The overall experience was enjoyable - our guide was wonderfully efficient and informative, describing the history with clarity. It’s clear he knows quite a lot and is very experienced in guiding large tours. That said, my qualm with this activity was more the advertising on TripAdvisor: I specifically chose this tour to Demre-Myra because the maximum occupancy is capped at 27. I wanted a smaller tour since personally, those feel more manageable and less rowdy, however we ended up in a group maybe double or triple the number of people as expected. The lunch was listed as an open buffet, but this was also incorrectly described here. I agreed to paying a higher price compared to other Demre-Myra tours because of my expectations based on the activity details, but it didn’t quite meet those. I still had a wonderful time seeing these unique historical sites, and of course, I really appreciated our guide and drivers’ hard work throughout the day. However, the current economic situation has affected how tours are managed in this area, which I completely empathize with. I just wish this listing more accurately reflected the current state of the tour.

Top-notch day!
Myra is a gem. Our guide Tulai was adorable and clear in her explanations.
The boat tour was private.

For women traveling alone
Osman, our guide, and Engin, our driver, were superb and consummate gentlemen. For a woman traveling alone, their presence was a welcome relief from the constant burden of negotiating prices and managing unwanted, unsolicited attention masquerading as friendliness. Engin’s driving was seamless and instilled complete confidence throughout the journey. Osman is deeply knowledgeable and generous in the way he shares that knowledge, offering context without intrusion and insight without performance. The sites themselves are dreamlike, worthy of lifelong memories and photographs, and were made all the more meaningful by the care, professionalism, and respect with which this experience was conducted.

Long but good day
We had a good day. This tour from Antalya involves a lot of travel. From pickup it was 4hrs to our first destination, Kekova. The boat trip to Kekova sunken city was lovely, however we really couldn't see anything of the ancient city under water. There was a stop for a 15min swim which some people enjoyed. Saint Nicholas' church was very nice and it was a lovely experience. The Lycian Tombs at Myra were also fabulous and something I really wanted to see. Our journey back to Antalya was another 3 hours. So whilst I'm glad we went, it is a long day.

Demre, Myra & Kekova
This was a good side trip from Antalya. Loved the ancient ruins, burial sites, etc around Demre and Myra. Boat ride to Kekova was very relaxing but couldn’t see much of the sunken city.
