Description
One of the highlights of the boat trip is exploring the underwater ruins of the Sunken City. You can also wander around the village of Kaleköy (ancient Simena) and swim in several stunning bays, such as Burç Bay and Karemlik Bay. If you're lucky, you might even spot some sea turtles! Once the boat trip is over, you'll have the opportunity to learn about Lycian history by visiting the Museum of Lycian Civilizations and the fascinating rock-cut tombs of ancient Myra, among other sites.

Kaş is a charming town that offers something for everyone. Its lively center, boutique shops, stunning sunsets, and breathtaking coastal views are sure to leave you in awe. With our tour, you'll have the opportunity to explore nearby sites with ease. We'll start with a morning transfer from the designated pick-up point in Kaş at 9:30 am.
We will meet at Demre harbour, where you'll board the boat for Kekova. Once the anchor is raised, we'll set sail.
Embark on an unforgettable journey around the Sunken City of Kekova to unveil its intriguing history. The ancient city of Dolchiste, which dates back to the 2nd century, was submerged by an earthquake. The remains of this underwater city are truly captivating and leave a lasting impression on all who explore them.
Swimming is prohibited due to protection. However, you can explore the site by taking a boat ride to admire the ruins and capture unforgettable photos.
Our boat will anchor at Kaleköy port, also known as ancient Simena, for one hour. During this time, you can explore the charming village, which houses castle ruins and a necropolis. A hike up the hillside offers stunning views of the Kekova region. Alternatively, if you'd like to stay in the water, you can enjoy another swim in the beautiful blue waters while admiring Simena Castle from below.

Demre Harbour After your fascinating trip on the water, our boat will drop anchor in Demre port, where your tour continues with a visit to a nearby museum.
During this stop, there are two main highlights that you can explore at your own pace. Firstly, there is a Roman-style theatre which happens to be the largest in Lycia. Secondly, there are eerie rock-cut tombs that have been carved into the cliffs above. You'll have plenty of time to explore both of these fascinating attractions.
Discover the most famous archaeological site in Demre! Step into the past and marvel at the ancient ruins of Myra, some of which date back to the 5th century B.C. During your visit, you'll be able to explore the two main attractions of this destination: a Roman-style theatre (which happens to be the largest in Lycia!) and eerie rock-cut tombs that have been carved into the cliffs above.

Everything was perfect for the boat trip - we had an air-conditioned transfer to the small harbour, saw turtles swimming in the harbour, the boat was fantastic with lots of comfortable/shaded space for the group to spread out. The different locations were stunning with time to swim or explore. At each spot, the guide was clear with the time we had and instructions for the group (- in various languages!). A great day out - I would highly recommend.

We had an unforgettable day with Sailnstay. Traveling as two moms with our teenage daughters, this was truly one of the absolute highlights of our holiday. From the start, everything was smooth and easy. The pick-up in Kaş and the 40-minute ride to Demre were well organized and hassle-free, which made the day feel relaxed right away. What made the experience especially enjoyable was the smaller group size, which created a warm and personal atmosphere. A special thank you to Captain Süleyman, Selim, and Şerif for making the day so much fun. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to interact with our daughters, making them laugh and feel included throughout the trip. The food was another highlight, especially the grilled fish on board, which was absolutely delicious. Between the meals and the swimming stops, we were able to enjoy some truly breathtaking spots with crystal-clear water and stunning scenery. Thank you for such a fantastic day and for creating memories we’ll always cherish. We highly recommend Sailnstay to anyone visiting Kaş—we would definitely do it again!
Everything is on the highest level. Very friendly driver, and people on the boat. The tour started with a nice air-conditioned transfer. The boat is medium sized, clean and very comfortable. Food was grilled fresh on the boat. Very calm and peaceful experience. Totally worth the value.
Excellent experience from start to finish. We went as a couple, there were only 8 of us in total: it was ideal. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, we enjoyed some great meals I recommend it wholeheartedly
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We did this trip as a couple and honestly had such a great day. The boat ride around Kekova was beautiful, lunch was really good, and the walk up to the castle had amazing views. We also loved visiting Demre and Myra — it was a perfect mix of relaxing, sightseeing, and history. Everything was well organized and the small group made it feel much more personal. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Kaş!
For a boat trip, a lot of bus driving was involved. We got the opportunity to see the sites mentioned in the programme (except Kas), but they were not pointed out to us. Even less did we get an explanation or historical background. Lunch was OK, but no water was provider during the whole day. Swimming opportunities were plenty (more than two hours all in all).
Great excursion from since Kas. Effective communication and punctual driver to get us to Demre take the boat. Then small comfortable boat with shade, 20 people. Stops as on the description, Peaceful Mood, number stop swimming, paddle available. Excellent meal. Friendly team and turtles at the end!! Really good from a to z.
Fantastic view, nice boat, good service, many stops, good food. Very much in 1 experience. We had so much fun and would do it all again. We met nice people and the nature is amazing. They stop the bus near every museum also.
Small group on that boat make it really comfortable. The crew members were great and kind. The itinarry was well designed and with the good balance of discovery and swimming. We had a nice stop for lunch and all timings were just enough time to enjoy. We highly recommend this tour to anyone as we are sure they will be pleased.
