Day Trip to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast

Description
The city of Pompeii is a Roman Empire city near Naples, buried by ash during the eruption of the volcano Mount Vesuvius in year 79 AD. An incredible voyage through time to admire a snapshot of a great city of the past. A great cloud of sulphuric gas actually killed the all population of 25000, and the bodies were then covered by the fine ash from the Volcano eruption. In 1800 the italian archeologists filled with plaster the molds of the body and managed to recreate them in plaster with astonishing details, must see. Then the divine Amalfi coast with its elegant city of Sorrento, followed by the cozy city of Positano where we shall try out the famous napolitanos cousine (lunch not included in fare) with a breath taking view of the sea and coastline.

I had a wonderful day going to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Alan was super informative and entertaining. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend his limo service over anybody.
We had the most wonderful day traveling with Allen who guided us as to the best place to start the day. We started by visiting a couple of beautiful seaside villages along the Amalfi Coast where we indulged in the most delicious lunch then off to a private tour of Pompeii not to mention a stop at the Cheese factory on the way home. Allen was very knowledgeable about not only the Roman history but also world events. We have no hesitation in recommending Allan for any future tours.
I wanted to take a certain trip to visit the town of Ravello and the cameo factory there. I could not find a tour like this online offered by any of the popular tour companies. So, I contacted "Best Limos in Rome" and Alan got back to me immediately and designed a lovely private tour which included my request to see the cameo factory along with a lunch reservation with a spectacular view and a variety of other sites along the way with interesting information about the region. Having Barbara along as a co-guide worked out very well - especially when there were issues with parking - as Barbara could accompany me while Alan was managing the vehicle. A "solo" private tour has the potential to be awkward at times, but Alan and Barbara managed to give me just the right balance of company and privacy. Everything was both professional and friendly. This tour was one of the highlights of my visit to Italy.
