Day Trip to El Valle Anton from Panama City

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing day trip to El Valle de Antón, Panama with Misseal and our incredible tour guide, Abel. This tour was the perfect mix of adventure, sightseeing, wildlife, and relaxation. Part of our group — my son, his girlfriend, and my wife — hiked the Sleeping Indian Girl trail and absolutely loved it. Meanwhile, my daughter, her boyfriend, and I visited the zoo and butterfly garden, which were both fantastic. Afterward, we all met back up to visit the beautiful waterfall and then relaxed in the hot springs, with a great lunch in between. One of the highlights of the day was seeing sloths and toucans in the wild — such an unforgettable experience! Abel made the entire trip special. He was knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and made sure everyone had a great experience no matter which activities they chose. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having the best possible day. If you book this tour, definitely ask for Abel. Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Panama!

We had Abel as our guide, and Leo our driver. Both were fantastic, and did a tremendous job organizing the multiple parties on our trip to get us to the places we each wanted to go and coordinating those times/durations, so we didn't have to wait while a different party enjoyed an activity we had no interest in, and vice versa. Wonderful knowledge was shared through out and just a gorgeous area to visit. We specifically went to the butterfly house, the Canopy Zip Line and the trail/hike with Santa Carmen and a beautifulview of the Valle. Would highly recommend.

Abel was very good guide . He was so thorough and knowledgeable. He also tailored the trip as we wanted as we were only in our group.

We had an amazing experience with our guide Alex. They were knowledgable about the region and places to visit. The entrance fees were all cheap and affordable. The whole tour took about 10 hours in total. A whole day in a beautiful town inside a crater. So cool!

Extra charge for every entry, so expect another 25$ per person We were lucky that we were the only one so was more like a private tour and kudos to alexandra for making the trip awesome

The hike was really really challenging and really, really fun. My only complaint was that the local guide did not speak English. But the family had a really great day.

Despite rain a great tour! The tour was great, although unfortunately we were a bit unlucky with the weather – it rained a lot. Our guide Alexandra was great and despite the circumstances she pulled off the tour motivated with us. A small criticism was the time management: We were only able to visit the butterfly farm very briefly, for the hot springs and the zoo unfortunately the time was not enough anymore. Nevertheless, overall a good tour with a dedicated guide!

Great day out to Anton Valley today with our personal tour guide Alex. Alex was very informative and friendly and took us to all the tourist attractions of this beautiful place. We explored the waterfalls, the zoo, the craft markets, stopped off for lunch at a traditional Panamanian lunch restaurant, visited a butterfly farm, we went to a thermal baths and on the way home stopped off at the fruit and veg markets. 5* to Alex - great day , thank you!

Good, nice intro to the country. Would recommend a different restaurant. Limited menu and not flexible; they wouldn’t substitute.

I thought this was a great tour. The guide was informative, and was learned a lot and had a wonderful day. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Panama.
