We will take a quick hop to Italy where we will visit Predil lake surrounded by mountains.
We are back in Slovenia to the central part of our trip. We driver through Predil mountain pass and enter Soča valley. Soča river is known for its emerald colour and makes a perfect spot for some crazy adventure, exploring or relaxing time by the river.
We will drive on the most scenic road in Slovenia and make a stop to meet a Pagan girl, get to know its legend and hear a story behind Russian chapel.
Finish the day with relaxing time by the Jasna lake and spot the mighty Goldhorn.

Nature nature and nature . If you love nature and dramatic views this is the trip. We had Mike our tour guide. He was very great to explain history of Slovenia, very entertaining and recommended different places to go and places to eat. I really enjoyed my day and he even had time to make a detour to see ski hopping… first time for me!

I would give this excursion 10 stars instead of 5 if that were an option. Simply one of the best of many great excursions of my long trip. Anne, our guide, was beyond fabulous. We were a small group and he took us to so many incredible places in one day I can’t even count them . He was an amazing driver and just the best guide imaginable. We learned a ton about Slovenia you can’t read in any guide book. I seriously cannot recommend this tour any more highly. And if you end up getting Anze as your guide, you have hit the Slovenian jackpot!!!

Highly recommend this tour. Loads of beautiful sights and moved at a good pace. Never felt rushed. The guide Anze was very informative and patient. Good sense of humour too and excellent driver. I loved that he brought us to a couple more sights of interest not on the itinerary. Fantastic day all round.

Just an excellent experience. Our tour guide was extremely informative, knowledgeable our the country’s history as well as all of the sites that we visited. We saw some great mountain ranges, rivers, water falls. The scenic views were incredible. I highly recommend this as a way to see the north west region of Slovenia.
