Booked the Private City Tour of Cusco and had Juan Carlos for our guide. Juan Carlos was prompt picking us up at our hotel. The van was clean and modern. His English was perfect and his knowledge was remarkable. We started at the archeological sites in the morning beating the crowds almost having a few sites to ourselves. Juan Carlos goes into detail explaining many aspects of the Inca, traditions, methods, tools and demonstrating the Inca calculator. At the end of the tour he walked us to our hotel as it was closer than where we last parked. Can't say enough about this experience. Book with confidence.
Juan Carlos is an amazing guide. We learned so much and appreciated his clear love of history and great way with people. We particularly enjoyed his focus on the way Inca and Spanish people and culture intersected
