Description
Explore the city, see the famous floating bridge in Otto Banda and tour around the city center. Visit the Curacao Liquor Factory and Fort Nassau for some beautiful pictures. Curacao has a very interesting history and and at lot of sights you can still witness this first hand. With a little bit of luck we will see the flamingo's at the flamingo sanctuary located at the Salt Ponds of Jan Kok. After this you will enjoy a lunch stop (around 60 min), and in the afternoon visit the west side, stop at Knip Beach for a great photo opportunity and be amazed at the cave and big waves of Shete Boca National Park.

MEGAPIER
When your ship is docked at The Megapier (outside the bay), walk THE MAIN gate of the terminal; this MAIN GATE is a short walk from the ship, where also vehicles are leaving the dock. The meeting point is few minutes walking from the main gate. Once you are outside the main gate you continue walking to the renaissance hotel, this is the colorful building with two blue towers. Take a left before the building and before crossing the road to the starbucks you take a right, BETWEEN THE TWO BLUE TOWERS. You will now enter the entrance road of the hotel. Please wait outside, in front of the hotel lobby/casino entrance. The driver/guide will be here at the time on the voucher. The staff of Yellow Adventures will be wearing a yellow polo shirt

Tour guide Mike was fantastic!
Mike, our tour guide was right on time. He drove us in a very modern air conditioned tour bus. He was funny & informative from minute 1! We saw so much of Curaçao & learned so much about the people, the land, the industries, and its history! Had a nice lunch at a small cozy local restaurant reasonably priced & delicious! He got us back to our ship with plenty of time to spare! Would highly recommend! 😄😀

Nice sampler tour of the entire island
Mike did an amazing job. Our pickup at the hotel was right on time. The tour van was very nice and he kept the air conditioner running the entire trip so we were always comfortable getting back in from the heat and humidity.

Great Tour with Mike
I really enjoyed this tour. Mike was punctual, incredibly informative about the island, and consistent with the timing at each site. He was very funny and connected to the group very well. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing the main attractions of the island, getting a thorough understanding of the people, culture, and traditions, and doing it with a friendly guide.

Comprehensive quick tour
Great tour! Mike is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Make sure you bring USD or the local currency for lunch. I enjoyed learning about the history of the different colors on the island, the nature, trying the curaçao liquor, and seeing the beaches.

A Must Do!
I was browsing tours and found this because I like to call these type of tours “samplers”. This was our first time to Curaçao and this tour gave you a fantastic overview Jew of the island and its rich history. Our guide Mike, was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable of the island and its history.
We had lunch at a small restaurant on the tour. We did a chicken blt and Italian sandwich. We really liked the Italian!!! We also ordered an order of fries and a couple of beers. Our bill was around $40 USD plus tip. Cash only!!!!!!
We’re good closed toe shoes! I wasn’t paying attention and my partner wore flip flops. Another pro tip… don’t touch the plants and trees…they may stick you or kill you.

Complete Island Tour with tour guided called Mike who made our day memorable and fun.
Our tour guide was Mike, he was absolutely amazing, friendly, and fun. It was an amazing day tour.
Our tour was the complete island tour, and Mike was very well spoken as an English tour guide.

Good Way to Tour the Island
This was a great way to see the entire island. The van was clean and air-conditioned. Pick up was on time. The guide was very professional, friendly, and personable. However, the commentary was very pro-Dutch which was a little offensive and condescending to locals at times. The stop for lunch was also very Dutch and limited. My group was unimpressed. It would have been nice to spend some time at some of the beaches to at least stick your foot in the water or touch sand but we never got that close. The sites were pretty cool even though they were brief drive-by’s.

Dear Chelsea. Please read the description well the next time you book a tour. This tour gives a general overview of the island including its history as a former Dutch Colony. We cannot change that history. Also the description states this is NOT a beach tour. There is only 1 phone stop at Knip Beach.
