Cu Chi Tunnel Half Day Group Tour With Guide

The trip was very good. We get to see the painting shop ran by the folks affected by the American war. Ata helped us to choose the package. Given our constraints regarding the time and flights, he helped us to navigatto perfect tour for us. Bao was our guide. He picked us from the hotel and showed around the places. He is indeed a great guide. He explained the whole American war history (PS: We always called it a Vietnam war but got to know that locals don't call it by that name). We navigated the cave section on our foot and in some places crawled too. It got exhausting for us in 20 mins but freedom fighters survived decades here. Post that we were dropped near the war museum. Exploring the caves and post that visiting the museum was indeed a very good experience. It was very hard to witness the horrors of the war. No doubt it was a difficult time for Vietnam. It breaks our heart to see the remnant of the war that goes hidden under the glitter of big cities like Hi Chi Mihn and Hanoi. I literally had to take breaks between museum section to keep myself together. Very heavy stuff. I will highly recommend folks to first to do caves tour and then do the museum. But indeed a very learning experience for us. Better than any documentry or articles.

We booked the half day, small group Cu Chi Deluxe Tour through Bang Bang at Vietcruise Tours. His customer service was excellent. Our guides name was Ata, and he was very knowledgeable. We were paired with another family of 4 which was nice because we ended up at only 6 instead of 12. I would highly recommend this half day, 6-7 hour tour. Very educational. Thank you guys for a job well done!! :)

Very enjoyable and worthwhile half day tour to the Ben Duoc Cu Chi tunnels. Ata, our guide, was very knowledgeable and explained really well the history and purpose of the tunnels. It was great to get a better understanding of how the tunnels were used and to actually get to experience going through them ourselves. A little bonus stop off on the way at a lacquerware factory where people still affected by Agent Orange are supported by making lacquerware was good to see as well. Well worth doing the tour, highly recommended.

Bang Bang was an awesome guide in our tour in Cu Chi. He explained everything incredibly well, was funny and active in his explanations. I booked ticket with Hiu Hiu (Jasmine), it was fast and easy. The trip was well handled by the tour guide Tony. The other parties were friendly as well. Friendly information, try to avoid booking on weekdays due to traffic and book early as tickets sold out fast. Otherwise it's all well.

The guide Ata gives us very relevant information, presented in a fun way.
