The best cooking class in Lima. I had an amazing experience taking the cooking class with Piero together with my sister. It was a fun, engaging, and memorable experience, and the results were absolutely delicious!

We loved it!! We learned a lot that books and videos can teach, we loved the class, it is very dynamic, fun, we ate delicious, they explained with a lot of patience and dedication. We totally recommend this experience!! The best thing was to understand the history of each dish!!

Wonderful gastronomic experience meeting and learning about typical Peruvian dishes and drinks
Excellent experience! Ursula and Piero were very kind to explain step by step how to prepare huancaine sauce that we tried with a variety of delicious native potatoes. We also prepared a very rich cause from scratch, as they taught us about the history of each dish. We filleted a fresh fish to prepare a delicious babiche and to close with a golden clasp we learned to make our own Pisco Sour. We also drink a rich purple chicha and taste fruits from the different regions of Peru. I loved the experience, I recommend it both to foreign tourists visiting Peru so they can have a more immersive experience, as well as to locals who want to know and learn more about our delicious cuisine. 10/10 ⭐️
