Cooking Class In A Real Restaurant At Old City

The cooking class was an amazing experience! The host had excellent communication and made everything easy from the beginning. The main chef brought so much energy and personality to the class, making it fun, interactive, and entertaining. There was great music, plenty of laughs, and of course, delicious food. The sous chef was bilingual and did a great job translating throughout the class, so the language difference was never an issue. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience that I would definitely recommend!

The experience is excellent. The class is very well prepared, it is fun, and the staff was attentive to every detail. The result of the recipe was delicious, highly recommended.

Every person we interacted with at the cooking class was absolutely wonderful! We made delicious food in a very fun environment while dancing and learning. Can not beat the price for the quality, highly reccommend.

I loved this cooking class. The restaurant was easy to find and the food we made was really good. Cocunut rice with fried plantain banana, whole fish, empanadas and a tasty drink. The price was also very affordable I would recommend this excursion if you ever find yourself in the walled city.

I booked many things to do on my recent trip to Cartagena but the cooking class was fantastic. The two cooks were fun and engaging and the small team of 9 of us got on really well. We cooked empanadas, patacones, coconut rice and baked fish and sat down in the restaurant together and enjoyed our lovely meal. Highly recommended.

We learned how to prepare traditional dishes step by step in a real restaurant setting, which made the experience feel so unique and immersive. Everything was hands-on, fun, and easy to follow, even for beginners. The food turned out amazing and tasted so fresh and flavorful. What made this experience even better was the warm energy of everyone involved. It felt less like a class and more like cooking with family and friends. I left not only with new recipes, but also with a deeper appreciation for Cartagena’s culture and hospitality. Fantastic experience for a final day in Cartagena! The chefs kept you dancing, teaching you how to make traditional local cuisine and many Spanish words that I never knew! We cooked an amazing meal and got to enjoy it after. Don’t miss this one!

Juan and his wife the cook were wonderful Donna also makes you feel like family! Would definitely recommend and book again 10 out of 10!!! The food was delicious and big portions!
