I attended Dominick's Nostalgia Tour on Coney Island and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, he was professional and thoughtful, providing detailed directions to the meeting point, which I really appreciated. Throughout the tour, Dominick brought great energy and enthusiasm. Every stop was presented with rich historical detail, and he enhanced his storytelling with photographs of the original locations and events, making it easy to imagine what Coney Island was like in its earlier days. His presentation was so vivid that, at times, I could close my eyes and almost feel as though I was right there in the middle of the stories he was telling. It was clear that Dominick puts his whole heart into his tours. His passion, enthusiasm, and genuine love for Brooklyn history and for sharing it with others were evident throughout the experience. The tour ended at the perfect place—a wonderful candy store that was a fun and fitting conclusion to the day. One thing that especially stood out to me was the smiles on everyone's faces during the tour. It was a reflection of how engaging, enjoyable, and memorable the entire experience had been. It was very cold, but beautiful! Coney Island in the snow is gorgeous! Our tour guide, Dom, was incredibly knowledgable and kind. He let us go slow because one of the members in our party had a knee issue. We would definitely take another tour with Dom. Highly recommend this tour especially. Lots of fun facts about Coney Island and the crazy rides they used to have. It will blow your mind.

Yesterday, on rainy August 20th, 6 senior citizens took a bus trip to Coney Island for the Coney Island Nostalgia tour. Dom explained everything and had old photos to show us so that we could learn about Coney Island. We could tell that Dom loves his work and he is very patient with some older people. The walking tour was about 2and half hours but even though the weather was terrible, it went quickly. Some of us were able to stop in Nathan's and get the French fries.
Thank for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. Tours are held rain or shine, hot or cold! And we proved it on our expedition to Brooklyn's South Pole - Coney Island! I'm so glad you had such a good time. And, yes!, we'll do it again next time in Bensonhurst or DUMBO!
Highly recommend this tour! Dom was the BEST host. He is local and is eager to share his knowledge about Coney Island. This was our first time to Coney Island, and it was worth it to get insider knowledge before we set out to enjoy what this great place has to offer.
