Concert Ticket – The Most Beautiful Opera Arias by Opera da Camera di Roma

Description
The uniqueness of our concert lies in the perfect combination of all that is characteristic for the Italian music: operatic arias from the most famous Italian operas like "La Traviata", "Turandot" or "Rigoletto", Neapolitan songs and "Four Seasons" of Vivaldi. The concert programme is presented by tenor and soprano soloists accompanied by grand piano. From Monday to Saturday our concerts are held in magnificent Waldesian Church (via IV Novembre 107, Rome) with outstanding acoustics. The church is situated in a historical building in the centre of Rome, only 100 metres walk from Piazza Venezia and 300 metres walk from Pantheon. On Sundays our concerts take place at Methodist Church (via Firenze 38, Rome). A warm space of the Methodist Church and a unique acoustic create an intimate atmosphere of the concerts. Thanks to the small space of the concert hall guest are only a foot away from the musicians, which feels like a private concert.

The singers and the pianist was fantastic. However, the singer who was doing the moderation and announcing the next songs was extremely difficult to understand. I was sitting fairly close (around row 4) and still barely made out what he was saying. I've been to this same show before and the first time I went the moderator did such a fantastic job at not only announcing the songs we were listening to but also filling in a few sentences about what the song was showcasing the context of the song in the opera it came from. This current time it was lacking in that context which would have been so wonderful to hear since I'm not too familiar with opera. The heat was was a bit too much. There were two fans working but it was still too hot. Regardless of the heat, the singers and the pianist did a fantastic job and it's worth doing this activity if you really enjoy opera, singing, or the piano.
Wonderful. It feels short. Perhaps a little longer. Although it was very hot at the location. The drink mentioned in the activity description was missing.
Lovely little opera performance, the pianist and singers were top notch. It takes place in an older church with no A/C, I wish I knew ahead of time. Was just about an hour.
It was like listening to angels! Truly beautiful and fantastic! Roberto was wonderful both in his piano playing but also in his humour. But Antonia stole the show, her voice is a gift from god.
Authentic and Amazing talented singers and pianist, we loved their performances and are very honored to have been able to experience an Arias Opera 🤍❤️🇮🇹
I followed the directions on maps to the concert location. When we arrived, the concert was canceled so I lost my evening. Most tours were excellent so this was the first now show on there side. I am currently waiting for a refund.
Beautiful performance in a lovely atmosphere. It was very hot outside but the church was unlit except for candles and there were fans. I’m sure the performers were hot but they gave it their all and we loved it
We booked the Candelit Opera. The church was very easy to find and only a stroll from our hotel. It was a hot Saturday evening and I was expecting it to be very busy and stuffy. Thankfully it was maybe about half full or less, with everyone spaced out and there were several floor standing fans blowing cool air. Plus all the candles were electronic, and still created a candlelit atmosphere. Bonus. There were 2 singers performing, a man and woman, both wonderful and sang with passion. It was a very intimate perhormance. The hour flew by. I felt very emotional. The woman pianist was very good too. We've done a few opera nights like these in Italy and thought this was great value for Rome, they sang a good selection of well known songs and it made a fun Saturday night experience.
The Tenor had an amazing Voice. The soprano was also very good and when they sang together it was a beautiful sound in the old church setting. Julia on the grand piano tied it all together. Nice Thursday night crowd of 35 or so people. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Our 12 year old granddaughter also enjoyed this one hour Taste of opera. Highly recommend.
Such talented opera singers and pianist! A short but lively & humorous rendition of some of the best known Italian arias in a historic church. A great evening's entertainment.
