The Via Sacra, or "Sacred Road," was the main street of ancient Rome, running through the Roman Forum. It was a significant thoroughfare for religious and triumphal processions, connecting key temples and public spaces. Starting at the Capitoline Hill, it passed by important landmarks such as the Arch of Titus and the Temple of Vesta. The Via Sacra was central to public life in ancient Rome, serving as a path for ceremonies and a bustling hub of activity. Today, it remains a notable archaeological site, reflecting the grandeur of Rome's past. Walk on it as you leave the Colosseum to reach the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill

My sister and I brought my mum on this trip (and to Rome for the first time) for a belated birthday present, and we LOVED it!! Luca - our tour guide - was utterly exceptional. He was an information machine, with so much knowledge and fun facts shared, I cannot comprehend how he remembers it all. He was such a friendly, funny, and engaging guide, who made the experience a truly unforgettable one - could not recommend more!! Hands down, this tour (and Luca) was a highlight of our trip 🇮🇹
Andriy was very engaged, energetic, and shared a lot of interesting information! He was very considerate of us taking shade breaks in the heat and giving us step by step instructions. Highly recommend!
Eliadia was such an awesome tour guide. She was very informative, she didn't rush us through the tour, she let us take pictures n most important bathroom breaks. We really loved everything about this tour. One of our best tours on our top l trip to Italy. Thank you!
Carlo was fantastic. So knowledgeable and tied things together very well. Would recommend him to anyone.
Great tour. Valentino was great. English perfect. Tour through Forum Palantine Hill and Colosseum was awesome. The tour does not include the lower level on the platform that is level with the former ground floor arena so was a little surprised that we didn’t get down there but there were other stops and views on that level just not out over the “pit”
Amazing day. Very knowledgeable guide. Wonderful experience overall!!!
Our tour guide was top notch!!! Best ever. The listening device was horrible. Static and wouldn’t stay on my ear. The exceptional excellence of our guide Silvia made up for the poor equipment. Replace the equipment and give Silvia a raise!!!
Giorgio was an EXCELLENT guide! He was very knowledgeable, patient, informative, and fun! He made the tour! Highly recommend him!
Giorgio or George was our tour guide. He was amazing and we learned so much from him. He has such passion about his job and so much knowledge about the Colosseum. We took a prior tour last year and this was much better. He’s amazing and give him a raise.
Our tour guide, Maria-luisa, was fantastic! She kept the pace of the tour moving, she was attentive and was a wealth of knowledge! Our 2.5/3 hour Colosseum/Forum/Palatine Hill tour flew by and we learned so much. She also made sure we stayed hydrated by stopping at several water filling stations. I would highly recommend this tour company and particularly Maria-luisa!
