We arrived at the exact meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and waited, but no tour guide ever showed up. We also attempted to contact the tour company before the tour was scheduled to begin and received no response. We did not receive a cancellation notice until an hour after our scheduled meeting time and 40 minutes after the tour itself was supposed to begin. By that point, we had already spent our evening waiting for a tour that was never going to happen. As a result, we did not get to see the Colosseum at all. I strongly recommend choosing a different company if you actually want to be able to use the tickets you purchased.
I had one of the most beautiful experiences in Rome. A great tour with an excellent guide. A very welcoming company, well organised, and really great staff, especially Emma and Mary at the meeting point, very kind and lovely girls 🫶🏼 I highly recommend it 👍👍👍
Thank you for your wonderful review.
