Our guide Vitali was fantastic from beginning to end. He explained the history in a way that was easy to follow and added interesting stories that made the Colosseum feel much more than just an old monument. We left with a much better understanding of Ancient Rome and really enjoyed the entire experience.
Tour guide never showed up. I'm trying to get refunded. Very upset! Stood at meet site for over an hour past meet time and was there 45 minutes early. Kept calling number on voucher and no answer!
We stopped operating the Colosseum Tour mid to end September, when was your tour ? We can definitely fix the issue if it for a refund.
I made my booking time at 930, I got a text message the time had to be changed to 1230. It rained, okay not any fault of yours, nor was it my fault. Technically, if the time had not changed, we would not have gotten stuck in the rain. Not to mention we changed all of our plans for the day. The tour guide person went over the history of the grounds…we entered the Colosseum at 2:30 PM, and learned tour was over. No history about what happened inside the Colosseum. Not a very good experience seeing other tours passing us right by explaining all of the history that happened inside the Colosseum. Big waste of my money… What is the purpose of this survey you got your money and I got a short tour at your convenience. You gained a profit we took a loss. Hope you don’t cheat all of your customers this way.
Hello Donna. We are a bit confused with your review as: -1: you were told that we rescheduled because of the rain, so by the time the tour had started the rain had stopped. -2: your rent about our gain and your loss over a short tour is making no sense to us, as you wrote yourself it started at 12.30 and by 2.30 you entered the colosseum. So the tour had started on the first 2 sites (Forum and Palatine) and lasted over there an already long 2 hours and a half. I don’t know how long it lasted in the Colosseum as you didn’t specify, but you did go in with the guide so I assume it has lasted for a little while at least inside the monument. -3: since you knew of the delay we specifically told you that you could get a refund and find other options, you chose not to. -4: We’re a new company we apologize if the guide failed in some parts, but we do not cheat as you can tell by other reviews Thank you for your comment we appreciate all feedbacks
Incredible experience. Our guide knew everything about Roman history and was able to answer all our questions along the way. Very very informative, never boring and the perfect duration. Silvio was an amazing guide.
