We enjoyed our visit and our guide Yoram was great and very knowledgeable. However we had initially booked a 9.30am visit as we were mindful of how hot it is in Rome at the moment - and the day before our visit our entry time was moved to 10.45am visit which meant it was very hot and less pleasant for us.
Excellent trip. Time changed by 30 minutes due to ticket availability but well communicated so no issues. Sara was very knowledgeable and a great local guide. Highly recommended to see arena floor and level 2,

The experience was perfectly run, from pre-tour instructions through to the completion of the tour. We even received a call as the start time loomed, and a pin to find the meet-up.
