Enjoyed the tour on a Hot day. More ventilation is required. Everyone was looking for a seat in the shade. The bus travels slow to take in the sights which are great but more could be done to make it cooler.

This company sold us 3 tixs about 80. The alert and paperwork told us to go to market center to be picked up. We walked half an hour to it and waited over an hour finely finding out that stop was canceled for that weekend. No notification. The hop on hop off said it was Viators fault. Viator said they would contact hop on hop off for refund.neither would do anything. So I wasted all that time money for tixs and a cab. I also for got to mention we had to take a cab just to get back to where we started.DoNotDoBusiness with them they r people who don’t care and just want ur cash
Zum Bardentreffen war die Haltestelle "Hauptmarkt" gesperrt. Dies war groß sichtbar in der Haltestelle ausgehangen in deutsch und englisch. Leider haben diese Kundinnen diese übersehen. Wir haben 5 weitere Haltestellen die von 10-16:30 Uhr zum Ein- und Aussteigen genutzt werden können. Genau das haben Sie auch gemacht und sind eine Stunde später in den anderen Bus eingestiegen und haben an der Rundfahrt teilgenommen und wollten nun das gesamte Ticket- sowie das Taxigeld zurückhaben, was wir strikt zurückgewiesen haben. Da die Tour soweit möglich zum Bardentreffen stattgefunden hat. Deshalb eine schlechte Bewertung. Schade.
We paid 81 euros for 4 people. A meeting point was not noted in the booking. We asked at the tourist information office and went to the mentioned location. When boarding, the reader did not accept the code and we had to pay another 78 euros. I described the situation to TripAdvisor and requested a corresponding refund. Ultimately, compensation of 22 euros was offered. Since then, I have been trying to make contact, as I do not agree with the amount offered. However, my emails can no longer be delivered. Never again this company.
Bei unserer Rundfahrt gibt es 6 Haltestellen, wo man Ein- bzw. auch Aussteigen kann. Diese sind jederzeit auf Viator oder unter www.nürnberg-stadtrundfahrt.de einsehbar. Wenn man ein Onlineticket erwirbt, wird dieses nicht gescannt, sondern es erfolgt per Augenschein ob der Tag, Uhrzeit und Art der Tour stimmt- und somit dürfen Sie selbstverständlich an der Tour teilnehmen. Sie brauchen auf keinen Fall extra noch einmal den vollen Ticketpreis zu bezahlen. Und wenn man sich dann erst eine Woche später meldet und den Sachverhalt schildert, ist das zu spät, da man das jetzt leider nicht mehr nachvollziehen kann. Wir haben die Rückerstattung zurückgewiesen und deshalb leider diese schlechte Bewertung erhalten. Schade.

Decent way to see city but we were dropped off at the Documentation Center for an hour BUT ITS CLOSED and under renovation for a few more weeks. There was a decent cafe there and an audio that could be listened to, but this info should have been made available from the tour operator.
Wir sind ein Stadtrundfahrt Unternehmen und zeigen im Hop On, Hop Off System die Stadt Nürnberg. Das allerdings manchmal Museen etc. renoviert und deshalb geschlossen haben, liegt nicht in der Verantwortung des Stadtrundfahrt Unternehmens. Bitte informieren Sie sich vor Fahrtantritt, ob bestimmte Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. überhaupt zur Zeit zu besichtigen sind.
Lousy experience few buses in Nuremberg and one cancelled. Arrive on time 13 50 at stop documentation center and I do not pass. An hour waiting at the stop. Step 14 50
Es tut uns Leid, der Bus war bei einem Unfall indirekt beteiligt und wurde beschädigt. Der Fahrer/in musste den Hergang polizeilich aufnehmen lassen, was leider über 1 Stunde gedauert hat. Wir haben nach 1 Stunde einen Ersatzbus geschickt und den Fahrgästen angeboten wegen des Ausfalls ihr Ticket auch noch den nächsten Tag nutzen zu können.
On a cold day, it’s a relaxing way to experience Nuremberg, was a fun experience for the family. Was great fun and the atmosphere was nice!

We had just landed and were tired but enjoyed our city tour. It was December and the open roof was covered, though unheated, and that was the only negative. Pick up and drop off was exceptionally convenient with many options if remaining in one location until the bus returned.

We were not given details on where to meet the bus. Multiple messages to tour operator were ignored. Actual meeting place was not listed on the brochure or online. We finally found the bus at a bus stop which started our day one hour later. This screwed our schedule for the remainder of the day.
