- Tour duration: 80 minutes
- Meeting Point: Customers can join the bus tour at any of the stops along the route. Stop 1 is 398 Broad Street, on Broad Street by the Space Needle Loop at the intersection of Broad and John, across from McDonald’s at KOMO Plaza
- Recorded information through a loudspeaker is provided in English
- Recorded information through App (must be ones own phone and earphones) in English, Spanish, French, German, Korean, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. Same App gives access to live map and bus tracking in real time
- Mobile and printed paper voucher are accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
- Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
- Audio-guided walking tour: Pike Place Market
- Due to road closures, Stop 18 will relocate every Saturday from 6th June to 31st October. On those days, Stop 18 will be located in front of the Via 6 building, at the west corner of 6th & Lenora (right side of the street)
- Saturday 18th July: Due to several road closures, Stop 8 Historic Chinatown Gate & International District will be closed for the entire day. Customers should use Stop 9 Panama Hotel & Tea House, which will remain open and is just a short walk away

It may take longer than 20 or 30 minutes for a bus to appear. It actually took 1 1/2 hours or 90 minutes to get on a bus. We purchasrd our tickets on line in the morning and went to the pick-up area. After 30 minutes, I called to see why there was no tour bus. I was told it would be there in 20 or 30 minutes at the location that I was at. We waited and of course no bus came by. After a few more calls by all of us, it was determined that the bus doesn't stop at that location on Saturdays. So we looked for another location, more than a mile away. We couldn't find it. They are not marked very well. After seeing an actual physical bus stop at a pick-up point. We went to that spot and waited for another bus to show up. It took an hour and a half before one showed up. Am I disappointed in regard to the bus tour, I would have to say yes, very disappointed. I am also extremely disappointed in the majority of the personnel that we all spoke with on the phone. They really don't know anything about the tour buses. They are a third party organization; they did there best but they are not very well informed. I believe that they had to call the touring company and then relay their messages to us.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to purchase your tickets in advance, arrive at a pickup point, and then discover that the bus did not stop there that day. Having to walk to another location, difficulty identifying the stops, and ultimately waiting around 90 minutes for a bus is certainly not the sightseeing experience we aim to provide. We also regret that the information you received by phone was not sufficiently clear or accurate. Your comments regarding the communication between the booking service and the local City Sightseeing Seattle operation are very valuable, and we will share this feedback with the relevant team so that we can work on improving the information provided to our passengers. We sincerely apologize that your visit to Seattle was affected in this way and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Waited well over an hour at a bus stop. Not 30 mins as advertised. Wouldn’t do it again.
Such a fun great way to see Seattle and cut down on the walking a bit. You get to see pretty much everything there is to see, get off for a walk round, then back on the bus!

Wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased the tickets. The audio is recorded and not engaging. The driver raced through the streets. Senior customers were being thrown around the bus because the driver wasn’t making sure they were up the stairs or in their seats. A very unsafe ride for anyone over the age of 50. In addition we had to sit on the bus and wait at a stop for 30 minutes while the driver had a mandatory break. When getting on the bus there was an additional charge because my tickets were never charged a tax? Over all an unpleasant experience. We couldn’t wait to get off.
Hop on hop off i seattle. Bus was filthy dirty. Coul only sit in upper deck down stairs was hot with no ventilation windows did not open and so dirty couldn't see out.

Got on the the bus at Space Needle, got off at stop 4, bus driver was clueless. He drove badly, had to hold on to your seats. When we asked if the particular stop we hopped off was the right stop he had no idea what the stop was. Then we waited 45 minutes to get back on the after doing activities at stop 4. Bus never arrived, so walked the rest of the day. Honesty never saw another bus at any point. There were also others waiting for the bus, tried to track the bus, but no success. Requested a refund or the option to have tickets reissued for use on another day, but this was declined. I mean we paid for a 20 stop trip, used it once. Complete waste of money, and driver had no idea of the activities at the stop. Would not recommend this

bus was late to pick up we got on at stop #3 At stop #1 bus broke. not even a full loop around! got off and took a FREE bus back to our starting point. asked for a refund got no answer total rip off , you can take a free bus to most of the places around the city.

Be aware of the tree branches if you sit on top. The city definately needs to trip some of them. But definately sit on top.
