- Meeting Point: Customers can join the bus tour at any of the stops along the route. Stop 1 is 398 Broad Street, on Broad Street by the Space Needle Loop at the intersection of Broad and John, across from McDonald’s at KOMO Plaza
- Recorded information through a loudspeaker is provided in English
- Recorded information through App (must be ones own phone and earphones) in English, Spanish, French, German, Korean, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. Same App gives access to live map and bus tracking in real time
- Mobile and printed paper voucher are accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
- Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
- Locks Cruise (if option is selected): Departs every day at 10:30am. Departs from Pier 55. Show your ticket at the stop and you will be provided with separate tickets for the bus and Locks Cruise
- Harbour Cruise (if option is selected): Please redeem this voucher at City Sightseeing Seattle - Stop 1, which is located at 398 Broad Street. Your voucher will be redeemed by a team member, and you will be provided with your individual bus and cruise tickets. You will then be able to book your desired time for the cruise on the date you require. Local staff will advise you of cruise times when you redeem your ticket. Please note that your ticket is valid for one cruise, and you can use your boat tour ticket up to 5 days after your redeem your bus tour. Departs from Pier 55. Duration: 1 hour

- Due to road closures, Stop 18 will relocate every Saturday from 6th June to 31st October. On those days, Stop 18 will be located in front of the Via 6 building, at the west corner of 6th & Lenora (right side of the street)
- FIFA Match Day changes: Due to street closures near Lumen Field, Stops 6 - 9 will be unavailable on 15th, 19th, 24th & 26th June, and 1st & 6th July. Buses will operate directly from Stop 5 to Stop 10 on these dates

The hop and on is waste of money. First, there are no numbers on the stands to tell you which stop is which. Second, the tour was a waste of time since it was all about stopping at hotels! The recorded tour voice was out order and you couldn't tell what the voice was talking about. We gave up and just walked around. The boat cruise was nice but short.
Operators did a lousy job in explaining how to use the free options included in the purchase, consequently, we missed out on side tours. Brochures disclosed that buses ran every 30 minutes, yet the driver advised us that the buses ran every 45 minutes; and indeed buses did run every 45 minutes. The last bus leave stop #1 at exactly 4:30pm; there is just not enough time to fully enjoy many sites unless you want to walk back. Very poorly ran. Never ever again!

We paid for 2 one day tickets and went to Sp e Needle then tried to catch the bus again but we were told several times the bsu would be there in 20-20 minutes. We were also told there were only two buses running on a very busy day. We ended up catching a taxi to the the Seattle Aquarium as we had it booked for 3pm. Dont waste your money people as a one way trip definitely wasnt value for Money and we disnt get to see the other places that we wanted to
Bus was old & dirty No earphone commentary..Just a few speakers placed on side below seats Impossible to hear Buses advertised as every 30 mins Once We'd booked we found there was only 1 bus that picked up every 90 mins Ive rated it a 2 because the Harbour tour was well worth a visit We should be given a refund for the bus ' service' or lack of Don't book the bus part..get a taxi to Pike Place & walk down to the Harbour front
The bus broke down so we could not start until about 1045 instead of 10. Then the driver was not very I formative or friendly. We’ve done hop on hop offs in other cities and they’ve always been wonderful, so we expected or hoped for the same. When we went to get on the next one after our exploration the people on that bus also said how much cleaner this bus was then the one that broke an hour ago…leading me to believe there was 2 broken buses. We bought the 2 day but decided against using the 2nd day. We will just take Lyfts and explore on foot. I would recommend other cites hop on hop off, not this one.
Seattle is a beautiful and exciting city and the HoHo Bus Tour is a great way to get around the city and only park once at a nearby garage. Ride on the open top bus in the nice weather and see the skyline and waterfront. It was rated at "four" because the tour is prerecorded and sometimes hard to hear. The one hour Harbor Cruise rates a big "five" as it circles the waterfront with so many great photo ops and a very informative and sometimes humorous live and interactive narration. The Cruise staff was great, and our narrator/guide, Sean, was funny, full of facts, and took time to walk around the ship and answer guests' questions. The photo ops of the Space Needle could only be taken from the water. Food and drinks available on board. You won't be disappointed!

Worst HOHO experience ever. Recorded, out-of-synch voiceover must have been written by the Chamber of Commerce as they spent nearly all of the time talking about the low crime, great work/life balance, and climate change efforts, Very few historical facts. Felt like 1.5 hours of commuting through downtown on a bus. ADDED BONUS: Tree branches loudly whacking the bus on nearly every street.
