My family and I had a great time learning about the history of cacao and process of making a chocolate bar. Our guide, Angel, was very knowledgeable and passionate about cacao. Making the chocolate bar was a beautiful and enjoyable process. We can’t wait to try what we made at home! We visited the gift shop after, there’s a lot of nice products there! We got to sample their chocolate bars too.
The staff was knowledgeable and kind. And it was so personal, just six of us.
We did this tour as part of tour through the disney cruise we were on. It was very informative. Our tour guide was excellent as well as the woman making the mole sauce and the chocolate.
It was absolutely amazing. It was so neat to learn about the history of the cocoa beans and then to get to make the chocolate was fantastic
We learned some history and made our own Mayan chocolate from start to finish. It was a special time and our guide made it interesting and so much fun!
The place is very beautiful, and the guide was very good and clear in her explanation. We loved making chocolate.
