Disappointing tour
We booked the KahKow Experience and were pretty disappointed with what was offered. The best part was a brief video presentation at the start of the tour (about 10 minutes) but the entire rest of the tour was us walking ourselves through each room. One room was supposed to include a tasting of the cocoa fruit, which we didn't even find. Someone had to come and ask if we saw it. The fruit tasted old and was not a good representation of the actual experience from a farm. Each room had a brief video and we basically had a self-directed tour with no one with us. The final room had some chocolate pieces in dishes and the employee was standing in the doorway, which made us feel pressure to hurry up and end the walk-through. We didn't have anyone to answer our questions. The tour was less than 20-30 minutes and I don't think it was worth the price. It is much more valuable going to an actual cocoa farm for education on the process.

Fun Tour
Fun, brief experience with a chocolate making experience at the end. The gift store has a lot of food and beverage options for people with a sweet tooth.

Lovely tour and experience
This was a really fun movie and experience. We went on a Monday and it was very quiet and not rushed. We enjoyed the movie, explanation of the chocolate making process, making our own chocolate bars, eating some chocolate treats, and shopping in the gift shop. This was a very nice respite from the hot and crowded streets. A great educational experience and a nice was to spend an hour or two.

Heavenly Chocolate Trip! 🍫
This was a great start to our holiday, we visited to see how the Chocolate from the island was being made. It’s a great educational experience for couples and families and you also get to make your own chocolate bar to take home amongst trying all the different strengths of chocolate bars they produce.
The quality of the chocolate is high, top class, no palm oil or refined sugars added and you can really taste it!
The trip is good value for money, it’s a walk through experience with educational videos on the history of chocolate globally and locally. The staff speak brilliant English and explain every aspect of the chocolate production process.
There’s a cafe on site selling fresh coffee and local teas, plus ice creams and of course all there fabulous chocolate bars.
Definitely worth a visit and good value for money to kill a couple of hours.

I explained to two storekeepers and I never had any answers to the broken glasses I bought them.
I did the tour in December 2025, It is the best Cocoa that is tested, in the products of the store I did not have the same experience.
