Our experience was great! Our flight landed earlier than scheduled and our mini van was already cold and ready to go. Very polite and nice driver. On our way back we had a hotel pickup at 11.30am for a 2.50 flight and I thought we were leaving too early but the Punta Cana airport is not for the faint of hearts, it was super crowded so the extra time came in handy! Driver was on time at the hotel and also very polite. We will use this service again!!

Easy and efficient airport pickup. Met with sign outside of airport exit. In 10 minutes we were on our way!
Still waiting for my refund. Rates were expensive and after paying, they said the quote was a mistake and that I needed to pay an extra of $30 for them to actually pick me up. Responses were also very slow. I ended up getting a much better offer with a different company that offered premium service that was cheaper than the basic service price of this company. I still have not received my refund yet.

I paid for two passenger both round trip. Arrival was fine we found the company and our name, waited about 20 min for the car to come. Driver was professional and friendly. However, we never received an update for departure. I sent a message by viatour and on WhatsApp using the number they provided and never heard back. So we ended up having to request an uber.
