Nice moment with Alejandro !! He explains us everything about chocolate
We had a great experience from tasting the raw beans, learning another variety of the beans, making and decorating the chocolate bars and making the bon bons. Was a lot of fun and an extremely personalized experience.
Great experience. I highly recommend
Hands on and we got to bring our own chocolates home.
Younas was a knowledgeable, informative and relatable instructor for this chocolate making workshop. He taught us many facts with visual aids, breaking open and allowing us to taste cacao beans from 4 different countries from around the world. He explained the entire process from selecting the best beans to creating the cacao butter, percentage of cocoa, the machines that helped to mix and temper the mixture and the molds used to shape the chocolates. We got to taste many ganache fillings and then he guided us to create our own chocolate bars and pralines with toppings. He made the entire process educational, interactive and FUN!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this workshop to others. It was the highlight of our trip to Basel. Thank you, Yonas!
