We booked several experiences with HSM White Rhino Walk and Safari 5*+ Cesar shone as a tour guide. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We spotted crocodiles, impalas, elephants and the white rhino with its calf. Drinks and snacks provided. Howard was a great driver and Victoria in training also helped on the tour. Chobe private day tour 4* We had booked a private Chobe tour as a special birthday surprise. Unfortunately when we arrived we were added to a group instead (the other tourists were brilliant and the guide obviously experienced). We saw elephants-false charged by one-,lion cubs eating buffalo, giraffes, hippos. Once the issue was recognised by the HSM team (there was no wifi and tour guide unable to help) they swiftly liaised with the Chobe team-resolved after group safari and lunch. The water safari was magical. We had a buffet lunch which was good (we were meant to have a private waterfront experience). Overall we had an enjoyable experience, we saw amazing animals and enjoyed the chat with the tour guide/other tourists but cannot give a 5* score. We are being partly reimbursed. White water rafting 5* My son, the fittest in the family, said the course was challenging but he had a fab experience! Lion cub experience 5* The admin team were brilliant, they sorted this with less than 24h notice. A truly memorable experience for my daughter. Thank you.
