Hi John, Thank you for reviewing your tour with me. I'm thrilled you enjoyed things. Hope to see you again, on another tour!
The tour guide was wonderful. He explained everything and it was so much fun. The weather that day was extremely hot, so he was very considerate and kept us inside for a very good portion of the tour
Hi Mary, Thank you for the wonderful review! I'm so glad you all had a great time, despite the HOT weather. Hope to show you more of our great city, on another tour.
Tour guide did not show up, did not respond to text messages, and call went to voicemail. Luckily, cultural center has free tours, which we took instead of this tour that do not happen. Amazing local guide from Chicago Greeter!
Hi Alissa, So sorry about the no-show. I had a family emergency that, unfortunately, left me with no opportunity to respond. I am glad that the Chicago Greeter Guide was able to give you a great tour. Again, my sincere apologies. Kevin
This was a great tour. Kevin, the guide, wove together architecture, local history and social history into an interesting two hours. Our teenager took a lot away from the tour as well. Kevin was engaging and interesting.
David, it was so fun to tour with the three of you. I truly enjoyed our time together. I trust your daughter had a great birthday! Come back and explore so.e more.
Our guide, Kevin, was the best. Very knowledgeable about a city he loves. Wonderful and very educational experience.
Ann, It was wonderful to tour with you and Steve. I'm so glad you enjoyed your first visit to Chicago. I hope to work with you again, on your next visit!
Marlin was great. He went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. We learned so much about Chicago on his tour.
Was cancelled under the heading that we had cancelled it ourselves. Was already cancelled when we were still in the Netherlands. When we called where the Guide went: answering machine. Called again after half an hour: then we got the message cancelled. That's not true. We had already paid. Were notified on the day of the tour that the refund would take 3-5 working days. So the money should have been there by now if we had cancelled 2 September. Not very professional.
Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. You could really see his love for the city and what he does. Great balance of landmarks and unique places off the beaten path. Would definitely recommend!
Guide was outstanding. Knowledgeable, proud of his city, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this tour. He runs other tours that sound great!
Kevin gave us an amazing tour of the El. We would never have found the sites on our own. Highly recommend this for culture, history or architecture buffs. Kevin covered it all. He is very dedicated to Chicago. Hope to be back for a tour with him in the future.
Paul, thank you so much for your review. I really had a great time with you and Elizabeth. My dedication comes from wanting to be the very best, for wonderful guest, such as you and your wife. I would be honored to show more of Chicago to you, on your next visit!
