Loved this tour. It was so easy and personalized. I travel with an electric wheelchair and accommodating it was no problem. Our guide was very knowledgeable and her love of Chicago shone through.

Much better than hop on/off tour.
Wonderful bus tour with Haley as our guide. We were deciding between a hop on/off tour and this live tour and this was exceptional. Haley did a great job answering questions and telling interesting stories. We stopped at 4-5 places, including The Bean, the Rookery, the Birmingham fountain and Lake Michigan for a skyline view.. The two hours went by quickly, and Haley was a lot of fun. Much better than a recorded hop on/off tour.

Good but horrible parking and no A/C
No one explained parking situation which was horrible. Did t get message about pickup and parking until after I had been there for an hour. Had to call back in to find out how to find where to meet and find parking. Had to pay 60.00 to park for a 2 hr tour. Would boy have been as bad had I have known there were many parking places that were cheaper. Also if you go before 10 its a flat 17.00 park fee which would have influenced the time of my tour. Bus was extremely hot through entire tour. While I enjoyed the tour itself would not go again.
