Come on our Haunted Pub Crawl tour of Charleston, SC! On select nights, join us and discover the darker side of Charleston, while enjoying some liquid courage along the way. You'll visit some of the best local bars and pubs, and make stops at historical and haunted locations in between. From the origins of the Blind Tiger Pub's name, to the ghosts of St. Philip's Graveyard and experiences at the Angel Oak, we have you covered for a hauntingly good time!
Established in 1893 as a response to a restrictive dispensary system and named after the governor who imposed it, the Blind Tiger has continued as a reputable establishment. Enjoy a drink while learning of the harrowing encounters experienced by many patrons and employees over the years.
Constructed between 1767 and 1771, this site acted as military headquarters in Charleston, as is where three signers of the Declaration of Independence were imprisoned during the Revolutionary War. A place that has seen so much suffering is bound to be haunted, and the Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon is no exception. Learn about the experiences visitors have had at this stop.
This building housed a bank for almost 150 years, and has been a bar and restaurant since 2013. While not necessarily haunted, while enjoying your drink here, learn of the legend of the Boo Hag, a big part of the Gullah culture of the area.
While sipping on a local ale, learn the story of Berry Hall, now a college dorm, but once an orphanage. Students often report hearing children's songs and laughter still today.
Originally built in 1710 and rebuilt following a fire in 1835, this church and cemetery are full of history. Learn of an encounter one woman had that she believes impacted her life in an unexpected way.
Built in the 1700s and acting as an arsenal for many years, people have witnessed all sorts of apparitions here.
Finish your tour by raising a pint at this Irish bar, and hear the story of a young couple's experience at the legendary Angel Oak.
